Absolutely crap. Polish smells so strong it has to be horrible for you.
Lamp is total garbage. Turns off after a short use. Polish does not last even a few days. Not even as long as regular nail polish. You can scrape it right off. Threw in trash

I ordered from Le Mini Macaron on 12/28/25. I had bought their electric nail file, which I was excited about, until I saw one with more features being sold for less money on TikTok shop. After reviewing Le Mini Macaron’s return policy, I waited for my order to arrive and took photos once it was delivered. I sent them to the company and requested that I be allowed to return it. They accepted my request and provided an address to send it to. Once I shipped it off, they requested a tracking number, which I provided the same day. They said it would take 14 days to process my return, after which I would receive my refund. It is 2/17/2026 and I have still not gotten any money back. I have contacted customer service on January 31, February 9, and February 13 to ask for any updates on this issue, and every single time I am met with a new agent who is unfamiliar with who I am and what my problem is (even though all that information can be found in the email I am sending to them). Do not buy from this company.

Terrible customer service and customer treatment. They respond after a couple of days, no way of being in contact with them other than the form on the website.
I am trying to return an order i accidentally placed (they wouldnt let me cancel it the minute i ordered it) and they are asking for pictures of products before telling me the return process. This is the fourth and last time i ordered with them. Every single time i had issues with delivery, customer service never wanted to help.
Too bad bcs the product is okay, though colors are completely off - its a lottery what will you get.

Tried multiple ways to prep my nails and looked at several gel nail tutorial videos on you tube and regardless of the process, my nails start chipping in the next day or two. I would have to say that Mini macaron is just a terrible product and would never suggest to anyone

I’m disappointed in my new kit, the polish doesn’t stay on and chips in 2 days! They claim it lasts a week and it does not! But if you separately purchase the top coat finish, it makes all the difference!

I’m very please with the product. It is very easy to use and the curing makes it dry immediately. Being a beginner, I still have to practice in order to have nails I want to show off - but I’m so obsessed!

I love that I can create a salon mani in 15 minutes. The colors available are beautiful and there are many to choose from.

They have great products for an at home manicure! I have several of the polish colors that last long!

At home gel nails Have been a life saver. The polishes last me 2 weeks! I have the option to change things up often. And when my nails need a break, they have recovery products that actually help. This brand has been nothing but saints to me. If you follow their guides- you get the best nail experience.

In love with this brand! I am an entrepreneur with no time to sit at a salon for two hours so these gel polishes come in handy and stay for a long period of time!

I love LMM. I used to be terrible at doing my nails. This company has made it super easy and fun to do my nails. My bridesmaids and I loved them so much my bridesmaids even used their nude nail polishes for my wedding!

I LOVE this gel nail brand! It took me not even 30 minutes to do my nails, just 3 easy steps and I was done and my nails turned out amazing! Definitely ordering more colors, can’t wait to try different shades.

I absolutely love this brand. I’m a busy stay at home work from home mom so between hand washing, snack opening, laundry, cooking, etc I couldn’t get regular polish to last more than 3 days. I’m currently on day 12 of my most recent mani and still going strong. I cannot recommend LMM enough!

DIY gel mani has never been easier to do at home. I ordered my first kit after having my son when I needed a little pick me up. I was able to get salon quality nails at home and could even stop part way through the process without worrying about messing up my nails since they dry so quickly with the led lamp. I could even continue them later if I needed to which was key. The color selection is amazing but my favorites are licorice for classic black, merengue for the perfect translucent pink for French (I got the mini French kit which came with tiny milkshake and merengue together with French sticker strips). I also purchased chantilly for a more neutral translucent shade that I love to wear on its own or paired with merengue for the ultimate your nails but better color. My latest order was for cherry red and I can’t wait to paint my nails and toes with it! LMM customer service is also top notch. They are super responsive and supportive. Give them a follow on IG and they are ready to share tips and support their community.
