Qualità pessima sia per la stampa che per il tessuto. Tempi lunghi per la spedizione e prezzi alti per una qualità del genere.
La spedizione è infinita, ci mette più di quanto dicono. Alla fine ho chiesto il rimborso prima dell'arrivo del prodotto, proprio perché ne avevo bisogno in tempi brevi.
L'assistenza è comunque disponibile e reattiva, mi hanno rimborsato senza nessun problema.
Spediscono dalla Cina, non rispettano i tempi di consegna (dicono 4-10 giorni, già di per se un intervallo assurdo … merce consegnata dopo 16), servizio clienti arrogante e di nessun supporto.
