Ordered size 41 as wanted room for socks in winter being a size40. Couldn't even get my foot in , no way are the boots an 8. Sent them back having to get a label printed out which cost and then another £4.99 taken off having paid this to get them delivered 😡
Clearly ordered size 5 for Lemonade Crystal Trim Lightweight Double Strap Sliders in Pink.
My parcel just arrived, so was excited to open them. To my sadness they are a size 6, far too big for my feet. So I thought I would return them for the size I ordered. O WOW they want me to print out the return label, which is fine. Now they will take of another £3.99 of my refund. I’ve already paid £3.99 when I ordered them, this isn’t my mistake it was the person whom packed them so why am I paying for there mistake. Clearly says on my invoice size 5. I refuse to have another charge take from my money, this is theft, get this sorted ASAP.
