Poor experience and awful recommendations
I am extremely disappointed with how my claim has been handled. After making a personal injury claim following a non fault accident, this company referred my case to their panel solicitor who has been completely incompetent.
There is serious lack of communication, missed deadlines and no clear guidance throughout the whole process. As a result of poor handling, my compensation claim has been unnecessarily delayed and mishandled, causing a huge amount of stress and frustration.
Lemonaid previously escalated this to the solicitor but no progress was made.
Now it seems as though Lemonaid want to wash their hands of me and my claim because they aren’t dealing with my personal injury claim directly.
I trusted this company to manage my claim professionally and to refer me to a competent solicitor on their recommendation, but that trust was well and truly misplaced. I feel very let down and would not recommend taking any suggestions from Lemonaid if you want your claim to be handled professionally. I should add that this has been ongoing for over 3 years now for what was a very straight forward non fault accident.
