If i could give 0 stars i would. This is the worst experience on an online casino i have ever had. The verification process is so stretched out and document take dorever to be verified. When you upload a document exactly as requested the still get rejected. They say a withdrawal take 3-5 business days. I have waited 5 still no money in my account. The support team tells me money was transfered on the 19th of November I should follow up with my bank. I requested a proof of transfer, they cannot give me that, but i should upload all my personal documents and bank information? I dont trust this casino and its procedures at all.
UPDATE: IT HAD BEEN 21 DAYS AND I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY WITHDRAWAL. CUSTOMER SERVICE KEPT TELLING ME ITS BEEN TRANSFERRED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT, YET WHEN I CALLED MY BANK THEY SAID THERE IS NO SUCH PAYMENT PENDING. I used my partners credit card. This casino let me use it, let me spend thousands of dollars and when it came to cash out 1000 dollars, confiscated all funds and when I asked why they allowed thousands to be spent, then were rude and blocked my account.
