Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! Ordered shirt as Christmas gift for my teen. Received shirt BUT the word Listening is misspelled as "Listenging." I sent email through lemondemon.store & they were responding at first. Last response from Customer Support was 02/05/23, it stated that they would work with the production department to find the problem and find the best solution...then would inform back soon. I have requested several updates since then via email (no phone number available) but never received a resolution.

The worst customer service, no communication!

I ordered merchandise from this store 2 1/2 weeks ago. They haven't sent a notification of it being shipped. I've emailed, filled out their form on the website. They do not respond. There isn't a phone number to reach them. Terrible customer service! They don't even respond when I send a cancellation.

Lemon Demon Merch is doing well

Lemon Demon Merch is doing well with good products and excellent service. I could go on until night about the recent shopping experience ( how good that was). But for saving time ( no one could read too long these days), I shall cut it short like above.
