Never can redeem money

I tried to redeem my cashback $174.04 on 3/1/2022. It said "Your payment can take up to 5 business days to be fully processed". However, I waited until 3/10/2022. I still didn't receive the update about my cashback and it is show up the status is still in analysis in website and my account has been changed to inactive member. It said "You are an inactive user. To reactivate your account shop through Lemoney or invite new friends to join." I sent them a email and they create a case number (17844) in 3/10/22 to ask what happens for my cash out and they didn't reply me. So I sent them second email, and they create another case (17847) for me in 3/12/22 and up to now, they didn't reply me. It look like they are not letting people cash out and just want member to shop through them. they earn money in their part and never pay back to users.

Updated 4/12/22: Finally Lemoney paid me the money after I was chasing them about my redeem status last week. It took too long time to redeem the money and more difficult compare to the other like rakuten and mrrebates. I am a little afraid to use it anymore even it may have more cashback then the other.

Scammed me out of money

Scammed me out of money.

They are terrible, I log into my account with the cashback already settled but they charged a monthly "fee". As a result it emptied my balance.

I ask support why, but they will no longer anser.

No money and No Communication

I wish I didn't have to write this review, but hopefully it will help others avoid this company. I was enticed by a cashback deal they were having for a VPN service, so over 7 months ago I purchased it and it was recorded correctly by Lemoney. My first red flag was that the wait period for the transaction was 6 months, in case I "returned" the product. Then, in December the money finally went into my account and I immediately started the withdraw process. It has now been over a month and the withdraw process is still "in analysis." I have attempted to contact them several times (through email and their message service) with absolutely no response. All the while, they keep sending me promotional emails, as if I would use them again.

Scam - tries anything to stop payouts, asks for passport copy

This company is a scam. They try everything to stop paying out. After Cashback is pending for 3 months they claim there were too many returns. Even though the purchases were gift cards that cannot be returned. Then they ask for your PayPal details, phone number and copy of passport insecurely in an email. Avoid this.

I have terrible experience with them

I have terrible experience with them, there's no other payment options to withdraw your cashback aside with paypal, if you have a problem with paypal there's no other way around to withdraw your cashback, it's stucked there in your lemoney account forever.

Never responded to my ticket about…

Never responded to the portion of my ticket about taking away my cash due to delay posting, even though my transaction preceded the 12-month idle cut-off.

They responded to my review here asking me to contact them, which I did again, but it took them a little over two months from my re-engaging with them to resolve the old issue with silence during that time. However, they did ultimately decide to go back and adjust my account to resolve my complaint in my favor.

ready to go under?

I used to consistently get cashback without issue from this website, now it is impossible after the recent 5 transactions. And based on other recent reviewers that failed to get a response from them, I can only assume they are about to cease to exist. If you value your hard earned money, take it elsewhere.

It's a scam

It's a scam. They will quote you one rate and then give you another claiming it's an issue with the vendor. I sent them screenshots of the categories at the vendor and how it was charged. They never responded after that. Classic bait and switch. They'll quote you a high rate to entice you in using them, then keep the profits to themselves. Stay away. Use the other more known cash back sites. They've paid consistently.

I have contacted Lemoney twice about…

I have contacted Lemoney twice about two cashback transactions that I did not receive payment from through Sam's Club. The first one I finally received a response advising they were closing my ticket even though I received no earlier response.

When I responded they advised that I wasn't receiving their responses although I searched my email and had received nothing else yet received the current email. In any event, they requested the receipt to prove I still had the item and had not returned. I have now provided it twice with no response.

I had a subsequent cashback transaction with Sam's Club and they same response was received that the items were returned. Still not the case. I provided the receipt and have yet to receive a response.

I have a couple dollars away from cashing out so it leads me to believe this is what they do to avoid payouts.
