Terrible experience from start to finish. Poorly maintained properties with no accountability, misleading photos, missed appointments and the directors nowhere to be seen (except Instagram enjoying the high life with pints of John Smiths and holidays using OUR money) when we tried to escalate. Perhaps if they spent less time stroking their egos on social media they'd know good customer service when they see it!
The only lemon here is this company. Avoid!
