Ordered a wallet two weeks before…

Ordered a wallet two weeks before Christmas, where the delivery time stated would be 3-5 working days. The shipment didn’t arrive within the time. The customer service at Lemur did everything in their power to get me the package before Christmas. They sent me a second wallet with express delivery, but this also didn’t make it in time. Even though I didn’t get to give the wallet for Christmas, then I would not put the blame on Lemur, but rather on the shipping companies. Lemurs customer service was impeccable, and they also let me keep both wallets as a way to compensate for the experience.

Can only recommend!
