Great customer support and user interface and speedy pays

I RECENTLY INVESTED IN THE PLATFORM AND I'M THANKFUL FOR IT. THE REASON I'M GIVING 3 STARS IS THE LACK OF A SECONDARY MARKET AND WE DON'T HAVE AN ACCURATE PICTURE OF THE BORROWER LIKE SAVY AND FINBEE

I have been an investor with Lendermarket for several years, but my experience over the last year has been nothing short of a nightmare. A large amount of my funds (>€10,000) have been pending for months, and despite repeated attempts to get a resolution, the situation has only worsened.

Lendermarket’s customer support has been unresponsive, and after countless emails and phone calls, they have now blocked my email account, preventing me from further communication. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially from a company that manages financial investments. I can provide proof of the blocked email, along with the extensive communication history showing their continued delays and empty promises.

Despite their claims about pending payment settlements, I am left with no option but to consider legal action to recover my funds. I strongly urge Lendermarket to take immediate action to resolve this situation and release my funds.

Investors—proceed with extreme caution. This platform is showing signs of serious operational issues, and I would advise others to think carefully before investing.

Signed up one year ago and had a pleasant experience. Support is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The rates are fantastic (15-17%) and although sometimes there is a delay, the money has always come. Highly recommended!

Then you choose your short or long term investments and above all the percentage of return.
The site is easy to access and the terms and conditions are simple and affordable for everyone.

Started a month ago. No delays in payments for now. Interest coming at the end of thd term of each investment. Could be nice to have a phone app.

Update 31/03/25. I was able to withdraw 50 euros from my gains. Keeping the rest.

Easy way to deposit and withdraw money while also you can pick the loans you want to invest to.

Just onboard on Lendermarket but the service looks good, the auto investment option is well furnished with a lot of customisation to take only the loans we're truly interested in.

All of my loans are significantly overdue, and I've had money stuck in "pending payments" for months. I was given a scheduled payment plan with four dates (but no specific amounts) to release the funds for withdrawal. The last payment release was supposed to be on October 1st. To my surprise, they have now sent me a new plan (again with no amounts) that extends all the way to 2025! It’s clear they are struggling with their cash flow planning.
What it was supposed to be a 6 months investment now it's more than a year!!
Please give me my money back!

For over 6 months I have been trying to make a withdrawal but all my funds are blocked.

I have reached out to customer service multiple times but they respond with nonsense and never get anything solved.

This is clearly a SCAM.

DO NOT INVEST HERE, YOU WILL LOSE IT ALL. I have 4K EUR completely stuck and no idea what is going to happen.

I will try to gather some other people affected and go for a lawsuit against these criminals/thieves.

I was happy with my service. The rates were the best I could find and the payout was fast.

More than a year of "pending payment". STAY AWAY or LOSE YOUR MONEY

Lendermarket is a good P2P investment platform. The interest rates are atractive, and all loans come with buyback-guarantee.
It happens sometimes to have a prolonged delay at payments, but so far all my investments are 100% paid.

Good return on investment with a low risk mitigated by the buyback guarantee.
If you need to withdraw funds quickly, not for you, as the system invests in loans with a duration, but definitively a good way to differentiate your investments

I'm not usually giving reviews but this time Lendermarket deserves a 5 star. I have been investing in different P2P platforms for the last few years but decided to give Lendermarket a chance with their new platform, as I believe management has the right direction to manage my portfolio. At the moment they are the top paying platform and have improved on their transparency in the last few months. I also did withdrawals and the money comes in hours. I'll be growing my position if the platform keeps it at this level! 10/10

After a period of liquidity problems, it seems that they are gradually solving them.

It is always important to remember that you should only invest money that you are willing to lose.

For 3 month everything was fine. Some smaller pending payments. But for almost half a year my money is trapped on that hoax of a platform.

78% of my funds are blocked in the form of "Pending Payments" since April.
I keep getting emails with new Cash Back promos. Why issue new loans when your main partner is not paying for the overdue loans? Or should I believe that a 100% of these loans have not been paid back? Ridiculous.

The other 22% are invested at the moment.

I received an email from Lendermarket after 2 weeks telling me that the money is not lost and that I could reinvest my pending payments in new investments... What sense does this logic make? Visually it is not a pending payment anymore but an investment that then later becomes a pending payment because there is only one bank partner behind the plattform. So if Creditstar does not pay the loans back since over 6 month, why should they after reinvesting? BS in my opinion.

Further I was urged to re-think my bad review here because bad reviewes can damage the image and trust into lendermarket and this could lead to failure of the plattform an in me losing my money.

You know what? I would rather risk my money and save other people from losing their money as well.
