I don’t think Lendfirm is real at all because if you try calling it’s a cellphone voicemail and they expect you to pay them they’re monthly fee before you even see what you ordered and if you don’t pay it they cancel the order lol so because dealing with these people because whatever it is they’re doing isn’t right. And all these great "Reviews" are most likely someone affiliated with the company or paid partner 💯 Don’t trust them!

LendFirm is connected with Gage Diamonds. The jewelry folks are very helpful, nice prices ducts, fair pricing, good service… but the finance people are just plain nasty. If you can avoid using LendFirm — stay away from them.

These guys screen their calls and they are also the same as Gage Diamond. I have tried many times to contact them via phone through out the process and always has to message Gage to get a call back. Almost canceled my order due to poor communication and now wish I had. I sent my item back due to poor quality and just have questions regarding the refund process. No answer to email questions or phone. Next step is BBB.

Unfortunately I wouldn't give these people a dime. They actually bypass any fraudulent activity on your account and cancel orders due to that. Horrible customer experience and the management talks to customers horribly. I've never been treated in such a demeaning way. I will actually filing a claim against them with the BBB. They handle things in a shady way. You can never speak to a manager. I think it's like one guy in the office pretending to be multiple people.

Can't say enough good things about Lendfirm. They have fair terms and will work with you for your financial situation. I now own jewelry that I only dreamed of before. Customer service is relaxed but professional and informative. Thanks!

Once you find a helpful person, they’re great! But SAVE THEIR NUMBER. Its very hard to get in contact with the right department to meet your needs, and get passed around. Sometimes, a department that helped you once will tel you they aren’t authorized to perform that action the second time. Also seems to be a disconnect within the company, where multiple employees have referred me to someone who hadn’t been with the company in a few weeks.
But Ms. Rowan, Jay, and Keishiana have all been very helpful for me over the past year and a half.

In response to Lendfirm implying I have the wrong company, that is even more misleading, as I see Lendfirm direct pulls from my account bi-weekly. It is also confusing as the company names 50/50 pay and Americash Loans have been used nearly interchangeably with Lendfirm during my 2 years of payment. Please know that this review was written correctly.
