They were very easy to access and friendly.

I applied for the debt consolidation loan and was approved.The staff of Lending USA like Viviana is helpful knowledgeable and accommodating. The timing is great the reason I'm paying them.

Jonathan was very efficient and thorough in explaining the loan options and details relating to each one. He answered my questions along the way and also made sure I did not have any further questions at the end of the conversation. A very pleasant customer service experience.

Just spoke to a couple guys from this company on the phone regarding a loan that i was told i'm "guaranteed approval" for! I told the first guy i talked to that under no circumstances an i going to pay anything to get this loan, after which he assured me that i definitely wouldn't have to pay any money to get the loan. Yet when i talked to the second guy he wasted like 15 minutes of time before informing me that i would need to purchase insurance, from Them before funds would be disbursed! I made it clear to him also that I don't trust them to not just take my "loan insurance payment" & run with it yet he still blabs on & on about the insurance and how they have to protect themselves in case I don't end up paying the loan back! I'm pretty sure they're already insured themselves & therefore covered whether or not i pay back the loan (which i Was gona pay back!) On top of that, the loan wasn't actually even coming from Them, it was through a third party which makes No Sense to Me cause why would i pay Them insurance to get a loan fom someone else?? The whole thing seemed super shady to me & obviously i chose Not to do any business with them & definitely won't be in the future! Far as i can tell its a sham business out to rip people off under the guise of providing loans & i strongly suspect that all these good reviews are fake & from people paid by them!! I Definitely don't recommend doing any business with this company!!
Just look through these reviews and for example, count how many times the word "knowledgeable" is used in them and that should let you know how (il)legit these ass-clowns are! I highly doubt That Many reviewers just happened to call them knowledgeable! Especially considering how unknowledgeable the guys I talked to were!!

Johnathon, my loan coordinator was knowledgeable, and so nice. The Debt Consolidation was just the tool we needed. It helps to have such guidance when you are in need of answers.

I like the quick response I received . Everyone I had the pleasure to speak to, was not only very knowledgeable, but made my experience easy and stress free.

I am being overcharged. My “principal” balance reflects the entire invoice; it should be reduced by the amount I paid directly to the merchant. Customer service tries to steer me to collect from the merchant, when they received the correct amount from LendingUSA, reflecting my cash payment. The BS “Loan Origination Fee” should also be reduced to reflect the lower principal.
Predatory lender taking advantage of people in unexpected circumstances. Usury level interest rate for A+ credit.

Agent was in such a hurry, I couldn't keep up. I had to ask him several times to slow down. I hated the entire call. I felt rushed, unheard, and confused. I agreed with the terms just to get off the call ! Sorry, but this is a big step and no one should feel that uncomfortable.

The service from start to finish was timely and highly efficient. The people that explained the detailed of the process were knowledgeable and very helpful. I’m truly appreciative of the program and results.

very disappointed with Manuel i continually had to call finally asked for a supervisor. the communication between GRT financial and lending U S A then after i got approved which GRT told me not Lending Usa what a run around. then GRT got better payoffs than had expected after the loan was approved for a higher payoff amount. So I am over paying my loan and GRT has more funds than needed which means my loan should have been reworked with a lower loan not tacked on to the principal at the end Mffff

Great and profound customer service. He very knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable and understood everything about my loan. Answered all my questions and allowed me to have time to ask questions.
