Fantastic Service
just had to take a moment to share my experience with Lendle.co.uk, especially with Becky and Chris who made the whole process feel so seamless. From the get-go, their service was nothing short of excellent.
After hitting a roadblock with another broker, I was feeling pretty frustrated and unsure about how to move forward. But then I reached out to Lendle, and honestly, it was like a breath of fresh air. Becky took the time to understand my situation, and her professionalism set a positive tone right away. When I had my second charge, Chris stepped in, and he handled everything with such care and expertise.
What really stood out to me was how smoothly everything went. From my initial inquiry to completion, the whole process took just three weeks! That's impressive! It felt so easy, and I genuinely appreciate how Lendle made me feel supported every step of the way.
A huge thank you to both Becky and Chris for turning around what could have been a stressful experience into an efficient and pleasant one. If you’re considering using Lendle, I can’t recommend them enough!

Awful experience they were the second broker I tried for a loan after the first broker gave me cause for concern.
Becky Fletcher dealt with my application nice and friendly at first she contacted the same finance company as the first broker to check how my first application went the finance company said they had not had my application from the first one and that I should put my application through with a Lendle that all my documents were in order and no reason for rejection. The person she spoke to was a Regional Manager so we assumed it would be good to go.
My case was then referred to Kieran Burke who was unhelpful and never kept me informed of anything. I next heard from Becky again saying shockingly my application was turned down! She went on to say that the finance company also would not give them the reason why and I should go and ask them myself! I asked why had the Manager of the finance company approved my application then only for it to be declined she just said she didn’t know and I was basically left to sort out the why myself!
I approached the finance company with the reason the first broker gave me and asked if this was true they it wasn’t but that they had given the broker the reason why and I was to get it off them!
The first broker says they have given me the reason why and they don’t know why the finance company have said it’s wrong!
I’ve wasted two months of my life spending money to get documents over to them and time only to be messed about and lied to by all three I’m now having to report them to the Ombudsman the regulations state I’m entitled to an Adverse Action Letter and not one of these companies will stand up and tell me why I was rejected it’s disgusting!

My experience with Lendle was made extremely easy because of Tom Goddard who was the advisor who was assigned to my case, he worked very hard and was in constant contact with me thorough the whole process.

Lendle helped us when none of the high street banks would. They were brilliant from start to finish, keeping us informed throughout the process. Jamie was equally great, towards completion, ensuring that the whole experience was as stress free as possible.
The fees are a bit high but the service is fantastic.

Super aggressive sales tactics as I accidentally replied with a YES to a loan offer only to be immediately hit within literally seconds by a barrage of telephone calls seven in 24 hrs all of which I blocked and a further five text messages all of the no reply nature….avoid these guys like the plague based in Bolton….finally phoned to request ALL my data be deleted. Apparently even their reply is made in an effort to discredit my reputation and their records are incorrect in that I categorically did not apply with the frequency quoted and your company will never be contacted anytime in the future as I have blocked all contact with Lendle so obviously there will be NO future applications of any kind from my end. I stand by my initial commentary namely extremely unprofessional and super aggressive even their reply attests to that fact instead of being apologetic they come back with negative accusatory commentary as to my personal business acumen….Avoid!

Just amazing
Just amazing. I started my process earlier in the year with a different company and they just couldn’t get the job done due to not meeting deadlines in time. Reaching out to Lendle was just a totally different and straight forward experience. Mark was brilliant from the initial talk to going through product options. Then Becky was on a mission to get me through to the finish line going through the Christmas season too! They were both outstanding and I’m so thankful. A big weight off my shoulders!

Fantastic company, very fast and professional
I came across Lendle after having an awful time with a previous broker who took almost 6 months to get us two no's when we were trying to find a debt consolidation mortgage. Julie from Lendle Mortgages got ont he case right away and got everythign sorted - was very patience and extremely fast - so fast in fact I couldn't keep up! It took Julie just a month to get the mortgage agreed and everything sorted out - the conveyancing solicitors that were used were great too... it was a vast contrast to the painfully slow experience I had previously with the other broker...I really was at my wits end and lost alot of money due to the other brokers but Julie restored my faith in mortgage advisors again - absolutely amazing would not hesistate to recommend!!!
2nd Charge Mortgage
Having put it off for too long I approached Lendle about a 2nd charge mortgage for debt consolidation. I wasn’t made to feel uncomfortable or judged at all, it was all very matter of fact and a ‘this is what we are going to do’ kind of approach. I dealt with Sajeel and Jamie and both were great, my case was completed in 2 weeks and I’m now stress free and able to enjoy life again. Fab service would advise anyone worried about enquiring about debt consolidation to just do it, they are so helpful. Will use them again in 4 years when my fixed deal is up on my main mortgage for sure!
