Thanks for the great service!

I had a few things I was confused about, and the young lady who helped me was incredibly kind and patient. She took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I fully understood before we finished. I truly appreciate her professionalism and willingness to help. Kudos to your team for being there for me in my time of need — excellent customer service!

Got my Account Inquiries Answered

Janine Rodriguez provided me with the information I needed. I also had a follow-up engagement with Natasha, who also explained how the whole payment process works (filling in some blanks I had). I had a question about an account attribute (in my case, if I had AutoPay turned on). Turns out I do have it turned on and active, so I thanked them for confirming that with me. What does disappoint me (not with them), but there is no clear, obvious, and apparent way (at least to me) to tell if AutoPay is on for my account. I had to call to find out to confirm my suspicions. Since I wasn't sure, I made a manual payment anyway, so I double paid this month. No worries though, at least I know that that full payment was applied to my outstanding balance, so that should shorten the time needed to pay off this line of credit.

Lisa was the person I spoke with

Lisa was the person I spoke with. She was very polite and very helpful. Once I told her the problem she truly showed concern. She was very helpful and she starting taking care of the situation as I was still on the line with her. Your business should be proud to have her as an employee because a good customer service person is hard to find. I truly appreciate Lisa for everything she did to help me.
