Great for getting a loan, terrible for having a loan. Due date on 5th, grace period to 15th - but harassing calls start on the 4th even when you tell them exactly when it will be paid AND stay true to it. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid totally - I personally do not have a loan through them but two loved ones do - they are relentless even if you do play by their rules.

This company is terrible! If you get a loan from them, make sure to pay them. Garnishments, court or anything else they can do to get their money. I regret going through this company! No matter what is paid to them, they still rack up the interest keeping you indebted to them!

I Applied, with a co signer 11/10/25.
Was strung along. Uploaded documents as instructed. Led to believe I would get a loan, then told no. If they weren't going to help, why didn't they say at first. Now I've wasted valuable time, thanks to them. So, stay away from lendmark!!

I strongly urge you never to get a personal loan from this company. They are absolutely the worst personal loan company. They do not care about you. They will ruin you every chance they get. Especially the branch in Kernersville, North Carolina. The manager there is pure evil and should not be allowed to deal with the public whatsoever in my personal opinion.

I had a great experience with Gabriella, in the Orlando office. She was super detailed, making sure I understood every bit of the loan, was quick to get back to me and super polite. Process was really fast and I know my APR is high but I was aware, I made the choice and I'll be paying it off far before the interest accumulates.

Never-ending predators- PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS LENDER. They rip you off with exorbitant fees that destroys any hope of getting these jerks paid off. I’ll live under a bride before I finance anything with them. And who knows, it may end up working out that way with the way they are. Sorry I ever did business with them… Never again-

Constant barrage of unsolicited marketing sent to me. I ended up needing a small loan and got it through them. The agent tried to upsell 3-5 additional fees repeatedly. Predatory APR of 32.66%. I started getting biweekly calls encouraging me to take out a second loan, which I declined. Company refused to work with a credit consolidator after catastrophic life events and opted after 3 months to go directly to court instead. Company is still trying to call me instead of my counsel.

Applying and asking for a loan can cause a person anxiety and stressful because of the situation you may be in at the time you need to reach out and apply for a loan.
But not at the Wildewood Shopping center in California MD.
I was treated so kindly by all the staff. Joy and Lori are so awesome. The application was easy and there is no real wait for approval. Even if your credit score is not the best. These gals go above what is expected treating you as a friend with compassion and understanding.

Don’tget ripped off by other companies
Get rid and the stress if it’s for an emergency or paying bills.
If there was a 10 rating that’s what I would give them

I called to request a date of payment to be changed to a future date well in advance of the due date and I signed paperwork to make request official. This is due to a family emergency. I was told date was changed. The next thing I get an email from my bank that my account has reached zero and I was not expecting any payments that would result in a zero balance. I checked and lo and behold Lendmark withdrew payment on the original date and caused my account to be overdrawn. When I called the person that I negotiated with to move date was not in and I spoke to another female who did not show any sympathy towards my problems. I was very disappointed. She was even telling me that they needed proof that the money was paid by the bank. I took pictures of the transaction and sent to them to try and have them reverse the transaction, but she said she cannot do anything about it because it is still in pending status. This is ridiculous because my account is clearly overdrawn because of them drafting my account. I will not be referring anyone to Lendmark Financial. The female did not even acknowledge their mistake. I am very disappointed. I cannot wait to pay off their loan and never do business with them again.

I was having trouble finding a car loan through dealerships. I found Lendmark through Lending Tree. The staff at the Pleasant Hills, Pa location were great. They were knowledgeable and efficient. Dave got me a loan within a day. Couldn't be happier with their service!

So lendmark euless branch was informed about progressive that they will be sending out a check so i asked to be informed when they check isnsent to them so i can pay the remain balance of less than 372$to them and today on the 11th of 2023 I was notified that they posted to the account on the 10th of april 2023 this company is a scam they waited until 4 days before I need to make a payment I swear this is not good business. Now my credit profile gonna take a hit.

they wont give a loan because of 1 thing on my credit that was taken care of and because i have no brothers, sisters mother or father to do the cosign and apparently a nephew isnt blood related to them, this place needs to be shut down effective immediately

This company is NOT helpful. I have tried several times for a loan. At one point I understood because my credit was bad. Now it's good and they still won't help. They keep saying they won't help because they "will only take a certain percentage of credit used". Instead of trying to help me, all they do is look at me like I'm a number on a computer. Also, there is no workaround with their computer system. I think that someone needs to fix this company's policies. Unless you have a TON of money and basically perfect credit, why bother?

The Lodi, CA office has the most inconsiderate, non-customer oriented staff that I’ve ever seen. The staff Melody, Megan) whatever their names are, are horrible. They need a real attitude adjustment. Very condensed tone with they speak to you. Go back to training!

The Lendmark branch in Roanoke va. Is the very terrible to deal with. They are dishonest and untrustworthy and use and have very shady business procedures and practices!!!! They tampered with my account without my consent are permission and messed up my account during the covid 19. Then they try to cover it. Do not use this company for any loans. They have been reported to federal government top 2 agencies for tampering with accounts and exesseive fees. They are corrupt and shady.

They have been reported to the OCC AND FDIC.

Their are two ladies at this company are very discriminatory and racist!!! They took advangate of my situation while i was in the hospital 2 different times for 3 weeks first time and 1 month second fight for my life from the delta variance!!!! And after that they still continue to leave me discriminatory and racist voicemails! And i am tired of it. If you dont update my credit report and update my account to current! I am going to slap the biggest 500,000 discriminatory and racist/haressment lawsuit against this branch and corporate office!!! Again get of your but and do your job!!! Again this is no joke are no game!!!
