Osmar was knowledgable, quick, patient and answered all my questions--some even before I knew what it was.

I have never had an issues since I started with the company. They are always willing to assist me with any questions or concerns I have.

The people in LTF we're courteous, professional and
able to assist me in a Time of need. As a result of
them helping me I am now in a healthy financial
condition. I most definitely would use them in the

The underwriter communicated well and answered questions. She was very thorough.

Overall I had a great experience with LendStreet. The one thing they need to work on is communication. I had trouble getting them to call me back sometimes or reply to emails sometimes. Other than that it was a great experience.

I actually love working with LendStreet. The only thing I would wish for them to do is to stay in touch more. I find myself having more questions and not fully satisfied with the "now." What's going on now? What do I have to look forward to? Again, my only wish is more communication. Don't get me wrong, THEY TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS, it's just that lack of communication that I don't care for. This IS the company to go with! No Question about it.

I hated having to settle my credit card debt. I really wanted to pay the bills myself. Performance Settlement took the worry away. I made my payments to them on time each month. They made the transition to Lend Street very easy. Lend Street has been easy to contact and work with. The monthly payment is reasonable and my payoff time is reachable. I am thrilled to have them on my side. You have to accept & acknowledge your debt. You have to make every payment on time. You have to sacrifice to make this work. Thank you Lend Street.

Overall, I had a very pleasant experience with LendStreet. They helped me pay back a significant debt earlier than expected and improve my credit rating. The application process was relatively painless, and I received a lot of support. The one area for opportunity (and what would have made this a 5-star review) is in the area of communication and care post-application process. I did not consistently receive a monthly statement via e-mail, and for at least 4 months, I could not log into the web interface. At the time, Support told me this was normal. As someone who is paying attention to every dime and payment, this was very frustrating for me. Once I had access to the web interface, the dashboard was limited in information and had no way to immediately contact someone for help if needed. While there are ways to contact folks, it usually involves a wait.

I love what I was able to do with debt settlement. I do not like that you are now adding this debt to my credit report.
