Well I was very surprised at first. Didn't know how true this was. Mack Ruffin was very knowledgeable and wanting to help me. He did a very outstanding job. I cannot say enough great things about working with Peter Nguyen at Lendvia! From start to finish, Peter was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. He took the time to explain every step of the loan process in a way that was easy to understand and never made me feel rushed or pressured.
I highly recommend Lendvia. They (and Peter!) made what could have been a very overwhelming experience an absolute breeze! He is my new hero!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Mr.Ruffin, everything was clear and concise and he even was understanding of my kiddos being the background. In end, I signed everything, but was able to void the application within a 3 day window because I found a better loan deal through SoFi. I definitely would use this service again if I need to!
