I did not receive my order

I did not receive my order. Not because they did not ship it, but because they ask for address information but do not bother to actually put it all on the label. So, it ended up hours away. 12 emails and so much wasted time later I have given up. No product is worth this grief.

To respond: Stop blaming your delivery company when the problem was that you did not put the full details onto the label. Of course they cannot deliver if you leave half the information off. Then you re-ship, but do not bother to ensure the information is complete on the label (and matching how it was entered on your website) so the same thing happens again. You keep telling me you want to solve which is really nice, but then you actually need to action it and get it done. Multiple emails telling me that you want to solve it, but then not actually solving it is really not helpful. You have had my money for two months, but I still do not have my product. I would welcome a solution, but then just please solve it.

We are truly very, very sorry for the experience you’ve had. This is absolutely not the level of service we aim to deliver, and we fully understand your frustration.

You should never have to spend so much time and effort just to receive your order, and we deeply regret that your address details were not handled correctly on the shipping label.

We have recently changed our transport provider in Germany, and unfortunately this has caused issues we did not anticipate. We take this very seriously, and we are working intensively to get everything back to the standard of service our German customers are used to.

If you are still open to it, we would really like to assist you directly and find a proper solution for you.

Again, our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and the disappointment caused.
