I've deleted my previous review as I feel so horrible reading my it now! After I had left a review saying the beauty box was not very good, the owner of Lengbox got in touch with me and offered me a refund and to send me another box, which was very kind and I thanked her but declined, and she sent me a gift anyway. She was so sweet and polite and keen to make things right, although the box wasn't for me, I think I am a bit older than the target, this is a fantastic company to shop from with the best customer service I've known! I will always check there before I buy Korean products from elsewhere in the future.

Disappointed in their over pricing - I purchased items from their Salon Beauty stand (a show for Beauty Industry) I purchased The Glass Collagen Masks x 4 for £40 to look online when I returned home to find Amazon selling the exact brand 6 for £9.99 & all Beauty insiders including Superdug selling the same. Alsofor their Snail Serum I purchased from them at £25 when online it is only £9 - they had the Blueberry, Aloe & many other face masks retailing for £5 that can be bought for 69p - feeling very disappointed that they sold this high at a London Beauty Show to Salon Industry & owners, I predict many will not be happy when they see the same.

This product may be good for others but unfortunately it burns my skin.

Amazing product,definetly a beauty product that provides results!

I have seen loads of websites that sell Korean skincare products and makeup, but I was very suspicious when it came to ordering them. I have been checking the reviews to see if people were happy about the services and if anybody has been scammed. I have to say now, it's still very difficult to find a trustworthy seller. A lot of people had issues with their deliveries, with the customer support, but I got really lucky with Lengbox. Ting was amazing, I had some issues and when I messaged her she responded very fast. It took a few days to get the order (I live in Ireland), but considering that it's the holiday season, it's very understandable. Lengbox has decent prices, friendly staff and it's very reliable. Bare in mind, if you live outside of the UK, you will probably have to pay custom services. And that's not gonna be that cheap, depending on how much you order.
