LenPick, besides Jesus, has been like a Savior to our church. They stuck by our side for over two years until we received funding. If you're reading this and on the fence about using LenPick let me tell you by all means, "Do It!" Before using LenPick, my church attempted to secure funding for a construction loan on our own and via another broker, only to find out that churches have a hard time securing construction loans; since we're a non-profit. Let me tell you LenPick stuck it out with us, and even when facing adversity they did not waiver. Once LenPick secured our funding, they advised and reviewed our paperwork before we submitted our application and deliverables. When I say they worked by our side I mean it, it's nothing like having those extra sets of eyes assisting whenever you're attempting to secure these types of funds.
