I've been a customer of this company…

I've been a customer of this company for just over a year and have always been I pressed with the kit and the service.

Peter could not be more flexible with returns and drop off times. Being local to me has been a real blessing.

Lens Lab has a fantastic range of cameras, lenses and accessories to help you with your hobby as well as the professional photographer looking for kit replacement if their own kit fails on the job or they failed to pick it up from their studio.

Thank you Lens Lab and here's to many more years of using your services

Resolved

Issue resolved. Good communication from company after all. They were experiencing technical difficulties with their sister companie's website and my e-mails were initially lost. Full credit to them for tracking this down. I have now placed another order.
