I ordered online but couldn't receive shipment because Canada Post was on a national strike. Lens.me offered to send me a new pair through UPS. Never even asked for shipping fee and followed up with me to make sure I got the shipment. Shipment arrived in 2 days, so they must have sent it Express. It wasn't even their fault that I couldnt receive the package. It was the strike (Canada Post) so the company had no obligation to me. Best customer service and after care. Best part. You get the same person when you contact customer care so you don't need to re-explain every time. Thanks Lens.me

SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER. COMPLETE SCAM. Deals were too good to be true, guess what? YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE! I put in my order December 21. I was told that my package would be shipped within two weeks. When I emailed them to my shock I was told that my package was shipped to my house, but I wasn't home-- on what day you ask? DECEMBER 16. How is a package shipped even before I ordered something? even weirder? when I click the link they sent me to track my package, it says attempt ship December 21. THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE. The email sent to me states that I was given a yellow slip, I WAS NOT GIVEN A YELLOW SLIP. When I try to fill out a redelivery request, it says that redelivery was filled out already, by who? I sure as heck didn't sign for a redelivery. Over all, it seems as If I have been duped. Package is no where to be seen. Pretty sure I was just charged for nothing. Please, don't give in to PAID INFLUENCERS telling you to buy the product.

Omg! I am in Vancouver BC and ordered freshlook dailies for the first time! Order came right away with free make up bag which I didn’t know about. Placed another order for freshlook monthlies, arrived right away with another make up bag. Checked their site and it actually says free make up bag for every order! Couldn’t be happier! Also, I don’t see freshlook colorblends at other websites, i heard it’s replaced by air optics colors which I didn’t like, so having the lenses I want available at lens.me just made it even better! Keep doing a great job! Makes customers happy and I’ll be loyal to you!

I have the worst experience with this company I always order from here , and always pay for FedEx delivery but last time I never received my order and I try everything to communicate with the company but they are so mean and so poor with the answers to the costumer they never give a solution , I don’t know what big company do this for a pair or contacts lenses , and the FedEx they don’t care about it .. they costumer service is horrible and poorly experienced

Brought a brown contact once received they didn’t make much difference from my green eye colour. Reached out to customer services which told me to go for a cedar brown. They have arrived and are perfect 🤩 So happy 🙌

I have tried many different brands. Lens are by far the most comfortable and natural looking. I got so many compliments on my hazel green eyes and I was comfortable all night. I highly recommend.

They advertise free express delivery until the order is placed, and then give you a time frame that exceeds the delivery time by weeks.

Customer service takes hours to respond and leave you hanging in chat even if you message the same second. They do not answer phone calls either. They also do not help, they lie about things until you show proof and then they ignore you.

Do not fall for the fake offers and advertisement. The shipping isn’t free.
