3rd excellent experience

This is my 3rd time using Lensabl & I had to write a review because I’ve read several negative ones. The first 2 experiences were flawless. Easy instructions, they communicated with me along the way, lenses delivered on time & with correct script.

This time, the lab broke my frames.

They immediately contacted me & tried to find a comparable replacement. I should mention they were old frames that aren’t made anymore & when I took them to a lens replacement shop in person they wouldn’t even attempt the job. So- not Lensabl’s fault for trying.

The rep I’ve been emailing with has profusely apologized and we decided to refund me, which only took 2 days to go through.

I’ll keep using Lensabl because it’s an all around great experience. Never had a problem, and I’m a UX researcher who evaluates services like this for a living - finding pain points in customer satisfaction. Cannot find any holes to poke with Lensabl. Even when the worst situation happened they handled it well

I placed an order on October 3rd - NO UPDATES

I placed an order on October 3rd. By october 10th it states my order will ship in 6 business days. It is now the 18th of October and there are zero updates! It still says my order will ship in 6 business days. I have left messages multiple ways and not once have I received a reply. What is going on with my order, Lensabl? I am ready to cancel shortly.

Return customer

I have used Lensabl before and had no issues. This time the glasses were shipped to the wrong address and returned to Lensabl. I reached out several times and over a week with no response. I did end up receiving the glasses but was disappointed in the lack of communication on this order.

EDIT: thank you for the reply. I never received these responses, I will look through my spam box. I appreciate the follow up.

I have a difficult lens prescription…

I have a difficult lens prescription and they executed it extremely well.

When I bought new glasses two years ago, the lab that produced the lenses took some time, then sent poor lenses. We sent them back, they tried again, and the result was somewhat better, but not great.

Lensabl sent me updates on production. The first attempt failed quality checks so they let me know shipment was delayed. The second attempt was delivered to me, and as noted - awesome.

Do not hesitate to order from Lensabl!

I am in awe of how they took such good care of my fancy-schmancy frames. The shipping process was easy. It does take time, but the wait was so worth it. Upon receipt of my completed glasses, I was immediately impressed with the high-quality lenses as well as absolute perfection with my progressive Rx. Seriously, treat your self to a pair of glasses from Lensabl. You will not be disappointed. I will be a repeat customer.

I gave it a shot, and glad I did!!!

I purchased some frames and thought it would be simpler to get lenses made for them - I struck out locally. I found lensabl online and gave it a shot. Their website walks you through the process and the progress as your lenses are made, fit and shipped. I just got mine back and they are absolutely perfect! Moving forward, this is how I will be getting all of my glasses. Again, absolute perfection!

Lensabl review

When I received the final product, it live up my expectations. The only complaint is it took little more than a month for the whole process to be completed: may be the explanation is I live in south Florida and the headquarters of Lensabl is in LA and the USPS service is really SLOW. Otherwise I’m satisfied.

Old Chanel frames,a rebirth!

I want to thank you so much for giving my old loved frames a new lease on in life, not only did you put the perfect lenses in them but you tightened the lose arms and made them better than new!! An excellent option!

The entire lens replacement process was smooth and timely. The new lens' work perfectly, and cost a fraction of what I would have paid to have them done by my optical shop.

You may have to fight to get things done right

I think the bifocal line is a little too high, but these are a spare pair.
Update: After reading the company reply I contacted them to redo the lenses. All I got was a runaround, delay and excuses and only heard from the "lens specialist" after updating this review.
Final Update: Received an overnight return label and sent the glasses back. Returned quickly with new bifocal lenses that are much better. I'm happy with the glasses now but I felt like the customer service people were less than gracious and only made things right because of the bad review. If you love your frames like I did and are willing to make them make things right, than take a chance with this company. For me, it was the best price.
