The most ridiculous store I have ever visited of lenskart as the behavioral staff very inappropriate towards the customer, I have purchased AI glass for my father and no spin of that product was not there.So at the time of purchasing the product , I i asked the staff to give me the new product, but they refused at that time and said that we will repair it.And give it to you at the time was not sure that the service of your staff will be exactly that the staff has refused to change the product afterwards.I have having a lot of problems in using the class for reading, this is giving scratches on my nose area and staff is not accepting there , inappropriate behavior and not changing the glasses

Hi Team,
I picked up my order from the Thrissur_Chalakudy store and I am extremely disappointed with the quality. The lens has been fitted very poorly — it sticks out heavily from the frame on the inside . This is unacceptable and uncomfortable to wear. Please arrange a remake or a refund as soon as possible.
Since I am currently in Goa, I cannot return to the original store. I request you to authorize a complete remake of the lenses or issue a full refund through any of your official Lenskart stores here in South Goa.
Please let me know how we can proceed with this at the earliest.
