I have used Lens Lab a couple of times and think it’s great. You get really good advice, and as an amateur I really trust the information provided. On both occasions the lens I hired has enabled me to get some terrific pictures. Lens hire is great value for money. I’d highly recommend them.

First time using LensLab, what an absolutely pleasure! Quick, efficient ordering, delivery was as described, smooth and easy to interact with and the lens came very well packaged and was exactly as expected. All in all, fabulous service from start to finish. Couldn't be happier - thank you.

This is the first time I’ve hired a camera. I found Lens Lab and they had the model I needed available and at a very reasonable rate. It arrived on time and in good order. The return arrangement was very convenient. Excellent service I would definitely use Lens Lab again.

I had not heard of Lens Lab but when needing to hire a camera body for a job a videographer friend directed me to the Lens Lab site. The rental for a 3 day hire was the same price as my usual supplier was quoting for 1 day. I spoke with Peter and he was really helpful with setting me up, taking the order and discussing the camera. I am really pleased with the overall service and will be using them again and recommending Lens Lab to my fellow photographers.

A very efficient service. I was phoned to check I had chosen the compatibility with my camera. Delivery and collection exactly as predicted and the lens was in a mint condition. Only one point - it was a Lensbaby so an instruction sheet as normally supplied with the lens, now purchased for myself, might have been useful.
All in all would not hesitate to use again or to recommend to others

You came here to check if the company is real? Is it too good to be true... Right? Well, I thought the same. But you know what? I came here to tell you, it is true. I got my lens I needed. In time. For the best price I could've find on the internet. Done the job, sent it back and my deposit came back as it's should've. Great company. Will use them again. Really recommended!

Excellent company - hired an 85mm lens and delivery was earlier than expected and so easy to return as I could just package up and take to my local post office. Loved the lens and will definitely use this company again :-)

I hired a D500 body, it was my first ever camera hire, and Lenslab offered the best price I could find in google.

Was a little apprehensive in the beginning, but I wanted to trust the company once I started talking to Peter. His communication was prompt and clear, he clarified the whole process with patience. Even though the hire was on a short notice, he helped sort it out.

Collected the camera in person, it was a pleasure to meet Peter. Equipment was in great condition, supplied with two batteries and extra cleaning wipe. Wanted to try the camera before committing to buy it. It was a good experience using it. Return was easy too, handed over the camera in person, took one day for verifying everything was okay, and deposit was refunded quickly.

Overall, great experience hiring from Lenslab, would definitely hire from them again! Thanks Peter.

I am a very satisfied customer. I wanted to try a camera body before deciding if it was worth the investment. Felt it was money well spent and the hire process was very easy. Sad to have to send the body back at the end of the hire period.
