They good with their communication and can’t wait to get my glasses

Any time I have had an issue with my glasses they fix it. Customer service is great. Lensmart takes pride and making sure that you get your glasses on time and that you get quality glasses. My experience has been great using them. I have bought several pairs of glasses through them.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! SCAMMERS!! I should've known it was too good to be true. I bought a pair of glasses for $136 and never received them. After 2 months of going back-and-forth on email I filed a claim with my credit card company, and lensmart online lied, telling my Credit Card company that the item had been delivered. However, I have multiple emails from lensmart saying the item could not be delivered and was not delivered, also saying that I would need to file a claim through their own insurance company, which is absolute bull. They admitted multiple times in writing they were not able to deliver it after 2 months of stringing me along, and ultimately offered me a partial refund for the glasses that I never received. I wish I would have looked at Better Business Bureau for a review of this company before ordering my glasses because there are many, many other complaints, very similar to mine, and the company is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau and has a score of "F." there are many other reputable places online to buy glasses. Don't lose your money on these lying scammers!

The frames are gorgeous - lightweight, stylish, and they don’t slide down my nose like cheaper pairs. I got the blue-light anti-glare lenses because I’m on my laptop all day, and my eye strain is honestly so much better.

Glasses arrived within two weeks which is standard time for prescription glasses, both prescription glasses and sunglasses came just as they are online an so fit perfectly with no needed adjustments.

Do not use! Ordered one pair on 5/6/26 and received them 6/16/26. Very slow. I received the correct frame ordered, however the right lens did not seem correct. I had my OD's office verify. Lensmart made the right lens incorrectly (left was fine). I immediately contacted Lensmart at their designated email to address for issues (cs@lensmartonline dot com). I repeatedly sent emails daily, detailing the issue. After 7 emails, I have received a response full of questions such as:
"We perform a prescription check on all lenses before shipment.
If you believe there is an error with the lenses, could you please provide a video showing the verification?" A VIDEO?
Their website lists "Easy returns. Not the perfect fit? Enjoy simple returns within 30 days"

I continue emailing asking simply to return the glasses for a full refund per their guarantee.

I love the glasses and they have great customer service

I bought my spectacles in January and in June, the temple on one side broke. The response and assistance from the Lensmart team was so swift and helpful, their customer service absolutely exceeded my expectations.
They offered to replace my spectacles ( with my prescription lenses) and ship them to me. I am a satisfied customer of theirs.
I’m still waiting for them to arrive, but I’ll definitely come back with an updated review!
