bad service

Beautiful words, poor service!
I saw their fliers every where and called Len to fix my drain problem. They said that the problem was fixed. However, we found within half hour that the problem was still there. Len sent another technician back and he could not fix the drain issue and left. After waiting for several days, we had to find another plumber to fix the problem.

Dishonest, Lying company that should be put out of Business

Len the Plumber offers a $49.00 special to inspect the AC unit. Day 1, the company continued to send text messages that the tech was on his way. Then Michelle called from Customer Service stating the tech would not be able to keep the appointment. Now it's after 5:00 p.m. So, the appointment was rescheduled for the next day. Tech arrived about 9:45 a.m., he looked at the AC, the stated, he will send out sales rep for a new unit. My unit is not that old, it just needed refrigerant.

They changed, overcharge and poor service

Have had good service from Len in the past, but since their acquisition by L Catterton, a global consumer-focused private equity firm, purchased LTP from TSCP in April 2022; they are no longer good. They insisted that I give them my creditcard number over the phone and immediately billed me $49 just to schedule an appointment. The tech showed up and only inspected, he never did any work at all, emailed several options on what they could do. I got scammed, don't let this happen to you. They also insist on full payment before they will start the work, and their prices are now much higher.
