there was a GLS delivery problem

there was a delivery problem with the package.
The people at the pick-up counter were not allowed to deliver it just because of some digital error message on their fancy device..
Maybe it's a GLS problem..
Shopping on Lentiamo.dk is ok.

All great, except...

There would easily be 5 stars with extra praise - decent products and broad selection, fine prices, helpful customer service (at least in my experience), and a lovely little reward point system where one can get small useful things like eye drops, etc. The only issue with Lentiamo.dk is that they use GLS for their delivery. Within the last 2 years I think it was twice that the package arrived without any problem. Every other time it went wrong, varying from some to a great extent. Quite irritating, especially when one pays DKK 40,- for delivery... Please, please switch to another delivery service!

Waiting for a package for 20 days

Waiting for a package for 20 days, called them, apparently have to wait more and they can do nothing about it. Not flexible and not good willing imho.

Hi Inga,
As I explained to you on the phone, GLS did not inform you about the fact that the pracel had been delivered to a parcel shop,which they of course should have. Unfortunately, GLS´system does not allow for parcels to be redirected once a parcel is on its way to the sender.
I am once again sorry for the delay, but we will redispatch the parcel once we receive it in our warehouse.

Lentiamo is a garbage company staffed …

Lentiamo is a garbage company staffed by bumbling buffoons. They constantly list things as "In Stock" and when you order it you get an email telling you it's not in stock and will be delivered some time two months from when you ordered it. What a ruse! To make things even worse, their delivery times are pretty bad too. The real cherry on the poop sundae though is when you get a promotional item if you purchase contact lenses on a certain date or over a certain price. They delay your order while they get the promotional item back in stock! Never buying from these mongs again. The last time I sent them an email asking where my contact lenses I ordered A MONTH ago were, they got mad at me and refunded the purchase even though I didn't ask. Just order from Vision Express lol.

Hi Leon,
Do you have an order number so that I can check your order, and see when exactly your order was delivered? I cannot find you in our system, and thereby be able to address the claims.
When you place an order and fill out the parameters, you will see that the availability date can change. There is also a question mark that informs you that if the lenses are not in stock, the delivery can take longer since we have to order the goods from our external supplier. However, two months of delivery is very exceptional, and usually not the case.
Regarding the delivery times, it clearly says on our website that delivery usually takes two-three working days with GLS. We do also offer next day delivery with UPS Access Point.
In regards to the promotional items that you refer to,I am assuming that you mean our newsletter? What you write is simply not true. Yes, the free gifts are limited to a certain period of time, which is also clearly stated in the e-mail. However, you do not have to purchase any lenses over a certain price. That is simply not true, and something that you misunderstood! I also am not quite sure about your claim about delaying your order while we get the gift on stock?? Again, the order number would help me to see the details of your order and properly address this point. You can always notify us if you do not want to wait until we get the gifts in stock.
Your claim about the e-amil you sent to us is also wrong!! I checked our system, and I do not see any e-amils from you at all.If a customer wants to cancel an orde and refund it, it is not a problem. This is simply not true!!
