Very good and fast service
Very good and fast service. This is already the third time I order lenses from this shop. They offer additionally a nice option of bonuses, small things which make feel that they care of clients. I would like to have bigger discounts during sale periods. Unfortunately, the lenses I usually order almost always are exclude from any discounts. I definitely recommend this shop.

Quick and easy, but should have international number option
Fast delivery and easy to use website, just wish you would allow foreign mobile numbers. I have a British number so am unable to receive a text when it has arrived at my pick up point. Alternatively, have an option to only be alerted by email.

Thank you for your rating and your comment! We understand your point, and would like to explain why: the reason why we only ask for Swedish numbers is because we want to use a free phone line for our customers, and because of this, nor we can call numbers from abroad. We call you as a customer, if something unexpected will happen with the products or with the delivery of your order. But, when we dispatch the parcel, we also send an email with the tracking of it, in which it is possible to see information about the pick-up-point, to which one and when it arrived there, and the tracking number in the email is enough to pick up the parcel.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service.
Most of the contact lenses in one of the boxes I received were defective. I sent them pictures and I offer to send the lenses back to them, but they did not want to offer a replacement for the damaged lenses, they just offered 10% of the next order.
My experience far until then was good, but if there is a problem they will not help you.
