I recently underwent a hair transplant procedure at Lenus Clinic, and I must say that my overall experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I walked in, I felt confident and well taken care of, thanks to the professionalism and dedication of the entire staff.

First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude to my coordinator, Merth. He played a crucial role in ensuring that every aspect of my procedure went as smoothly as possible. Merth is not only knowledgeable and efficient in his role but also exceptionally kind and patient. He took the time to address all my concerns, explain the process thoroughly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire journey. Having a coordinator like Merth truly added a personal touch to the entire experience.

The medical team at Lenus demonstrated a high level of expertise and professionalism. The doctors and nurses were not only skilled in their craft but also compassionate. They carefully explained each step of the procedure, making sure I felt informed and at ease. I was very pleased with the service and hospitality I received from Lenus Clinic. Especially all the help I received from Mr. Yiğit before coming to Istanbul and from Mr. Mert during the entire process of getting my hair transplant done. Everything with Lenus went smoothly and excellent. I have to give special thanks to Mert, the clinic coordinator, as well as the other staff of the clinic. Mert was incredibly kind, attentive, and very helpful. The doctor assess your alternatives realistically and proposes a treatment in accordance with your expectations and his advice. The staff is multilingual and the day of the procedure they will stay with you. Now is time to wait and see the results! Highly recommended.

I am extremely satisfied with the overall service Lenus had offered during the whole process of my hair transplant.
They were punctual from the time I landed in the airport, taking me to the hotel, to the clinic and dropping me back at the airport.
At the clinic, all the staff including the doctor who attended me were friendly and excellent especially Mert explaining me each step during and after the procedure. He is always in touch with me after the procedure during the recovery phase giving proper advice.
My overall experience was great, and I would recommend Lenus Clinic to everyone.

For many years with work or other commitments getting in the way I’ve not really concentrated on just me.
So, nervously I decided I would book what I have seen frequently across multiple socials..
(Hair transplant - fill in the bald patches ;) )

The truth is I was very apprehensive about UK v Turkey then what about the actual clinic..
however I’ve done it and it’s now post procedure +1day.

Going back though, I made the decision to book with Lenus Clinic after looking at reviews.
I can say that all reviews of a positive quality service are true. Quality is the key. Time and care are in abundance and when you’re alone abroad getting a treatment this is very reassuring.
The interactions started way before flights.
I was joined into a wattsapp group where I could ask any question anytime and get a quick if not immediate response. And I mean any question.
I booked flights (Pegasus weee best) and passed on the details via the wattsapp group.
From then - my hotel was reserved and my transfers (cabs) all booked by the coordinator.
I received constant updates and about a week before flying I received a wattsapps “video0 showing me where I would be met at after landing in Istanbul.
I arrived 7:20pm and was immediately met and transferred in an extremely comfortable ride to my hotel.
The hotel is part of The Marriot chain and very comfortable - restaurants and gyms etc.. I’ve just had the traditional kebab and that was delicious.
The next day again I was picked up and taken to the clinic.
I have to say here is where the quality is important - there were 6 people to look after me and perform the procedure. All immensely professional and kind.
All the steps were explained as we went along

- I was in a private room and the whole process took about 5 hours. It flew by.
Apart from a little (and I mean minute) discomfort with the anaesthetic needles - the actual process was so relaxing and non evasive I nodded off several times during it.
I was given lunch then transferred back to my hotel.
Medication of painkillers , antibiotics and anti inflammatory all given along with head rest for the evenings sleep & hat for later and pillow for the flight home.
The next day again transfer arranged after breakfast and back to the clinic to have my bandages removed and my head washed.
A post care chat and recommendations for care post procedure and then I bought the necessary shampoo serum etc. and transferred back to the hotel.
I have to say - the attention to detail and the friendliness and kindness of everyone especially the 2 coordinators was beyond my expectations. Nothing too small. Above and beyond.
I thank the whole team for this .. my mind at ease and most Importantly what I thought was going to be a painful nerve racking process - just wasn’t.

I fly home tomorrow and if my experience is anything to go by and you’re sitting on the fence - don’t sit. It’s been the best decision for me.
I’ll follow the are plan and soon have that full head of hair again.

Turkey is well known for its esthetic surgeries, so how does one choose from all these clinics when they all have satisfied clients?
If its a question of budget, it should not play a major role since they are all far below other countries in the world. If it's based on before and after pictures, they may not exactly show what your own result will be like, everyone is different. The reviews on the other hand do give some direction but they are again very subjective.
For me, choosing Lenus was the chemistry established from the start. There was this transparancy, warmth and hospitality that seemed a touch above the rest. No pressure, and always welcoming for any and all of my inquiries.
From the start, Mr. Ahmed took all the information and gave me a general overview of their services and process. He gave many choices of hotels to stay at and told me exactly which method would be best for my situation, I had the FUE method done.
Once decided, I was handed over to my hospital coordinator Mr. Mert along with Buse who were like a comforting blanket throughout the process and even before. Every step of the way ran like a fine Swiss watch. Transportation to and from, scheduling at the hotel and on the day of the surgery as I was dropped off at the hospital, Buse and Mr. Mert were waiting for me at the entrance. I was never lost.
During the procedure, Dr. Yildirim and his staff were the finest with all the possible care imaginable. They told me exactly what to expect and eased my anxiety. I'll be honest, the anesthetic procedure is not pleasant: it stings, pinches and burns but its only for 5 minutes. It all depends on each persons pain threshold.
They were very concerned about my comfort, they asked if i needed a rest, water, and even arranged my lunch after the procedure. I did not expect that!
The hospital was incredibally clean and modern. I was quoted between 3500-4500 grafts but they were able to harvest 5000 which was the maximum possible for a complete coverage. I am axiously waiting for the results.
After the surgery, I was explained what i should and should not do. I was also told what to expect and not to worry.
The next day after the removal of the bandages and shampoo, I was evaluated and all was looking good. Another sign of relief.
The after care session is where, Mr Mert and Buse explain the benefits of using medicated shampoos and nutrients for the transplated hair in order to get the best results for your investment. Yes it's a sales tactic that all clinics use, but it does have its merits. One suggestion may be to present the after care products from the start of the entire process in order to plan accordingl. Some may not appreciate it but there is no sales pressure. Its all up to you to buy or not to buy and how much to buy. They were honestly giving me the option. In my case, I wanted to keep the odds on my side and made a purchase and I must say I feel more confident about it.
In all, i am extremely please with Lenus clinic and their staff. You are never felt like you are a number, but I guess that is the Turkish hospitality factor. They comforted me and made my experience a pleasurable one. I cant wait for them to follow up with me on my progress. You definitely deserve the complete 5 stars. Even my wife who accompanied me was shocked and impressed on how well they treated us, and she is one who is not easily impressed. Whatever, we requested they were ready to provide: Simply, WOW!

First of all, I am thank full Lenus clinic to solve my issue with hair loss. This is one of the best decision that I have ever made in my life and I am thankful for the expertise and confidence Lenus has produced all this time. Words can’t describe about my coordinator Mr. Mert who is still providing me feedback after the surgery. The moment I have arrived to Turkey, his assistance about the procedure, experience and overall management of our stay, transportation is just superb. I highly recommend Lenus clinic for the hair transplant and it will be more superb if u have Mert as your coordinator.

Excellent experience!! The staff was super helpful and easy to work with. At each step they guided with clear instruction for the procedure and expectations. Mr. Mert was specifically helpful to me. He was always very responsive to any question I had. My immediate experience has been very pleasant.

At first everything seemed fine unfortunately they make you write a review as soon as you get to surgery and not actually give it time to see the result I went there two years ago and two years later everything has fallen out... Most of the grafts didn't stay I'm going to have to go back to shaving my head and they left scars on my scalp with the implantation area all they've done to make it right is tell me that I should be taking all sorts of medications and go for a plasma replacement therapy and take no responsibility for the fact that their surgeon did a horrible job my suggestion to anyone looking for hair transplantation stay away from this place the work is shoddy at best and the results look terrible even if your grafts managed to stay.. if you would like to know more feel free to contact me...

After exploring hair transplant options in the United States, I was running into several barriers. Once I discovered transplant options in Turkey I began researching extensively. I first spoke with Semih at the Lenus Clinic. He was exceptionally prompt, answered all of my questions in detail with no exaggerated promises. The clinic had high reviews and was one of four that I had researched. During the booking and scheduling process, Lenus made it clear and easy. Mert was my contact once the trip was booked and made a seamless transition with all the details. He did not miss a thing with regards to logistics and was with me throughout the entire day long procedure. Once arriving at the clinic, I met MD Atilla Yildirim who would be performing the extractions and creating the channels for the grafts. Based on his assessment, we decided to make an adjustment with the initial treatment plan and the procedure started shortly after. The team was very attentive from start to finish and frequently addressed any of my concerns. Now back in the US the recovery appears to be going well. I will provide an updated review at the year mark to share my progress.

My experience with lenus clinic was fantastic. Before I booked an appointment, members of the clinic assisted me keenly with all the information I needed to know in details as I was very skeptical about the surgery procedures. I stayed in a four star hotel where tourists stays with a lot of facilities close by. The hospital will be in charge of you for the whole transportation (airport-hotel-hospital) very safely. They have a very professional welcoming at the hospital treats you amazingly. There was no pain during the operation as I was expecting.

Overall i recommend this clinic. At first I was very reluctant about my surgery and that too in different country. But let me tell you the whole process from making my first call to Mr Sam and meeting him in person was pretty seamless. He took care of me and all my needs as per my requirement. The hotel was amazing and I love Turkish food so no questions ask there. Then I met Mr Matt at the hospital. He was so polite and helpful. He was with me all the time even when the surgery was going on. Loved the way he took care of me after my surgery. In fact he came out with me to show places like Grand Bazaar. He is super friendly. Kudos to Surgery Team as well. Language will not be a barrier, they all speak very good english. Also would recommend to go couple of days early before your surgery to roam in Turkey. People are very friendly and welcoming. Again highly recommended Lenus Clinic from my side.
