Very unprofessional and disappointing…

Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. Although the photographer is personally friendly, all communication was conducted exclusively in English, which was not made clear in advance and made coordination difficult.

During the event, he was repeatedly absent and not reliably present, despite being informed about the schedule. As a result, several important moments were missed. Although many photos were taken, we did not receive all of them. When we asked for the unedited images, we were told that these were already all the photos, which is not believable.

The waiting time for the photos was extremely long and completely unacceptable. Multiple follow-ups were ignored, and only after we threatened legal action did the photos finally get delivered.

Good image quality alone is not enough. Due to poor organization, lack of reliability, and inadequate communication, this photographer cannot be recommended.

Hi Leandra, thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and I am sorry to hear that you had such a frustrating situation.

I just wanted to gently note that the experience described does not appear to be connected with this website, so there may have been a mix up when posting the review.

I hope you are able to resolve the issue with the photographer involved and get everything sorted.

A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words!

Leo is only 17, but his enthusiasm to photography exceeds his age! He has a good eye for creating and bringing into existence and glorifying people, buildings and nature. I got my prints framed today and I can't tell you how excited I feel. The framed photographs that I bought from Leo's collection have taken pride of place on the wall in my living room and I just keep staring at them. As I stare, the buildings seem to come alive, and so does the person in the photo!
