The shoes I received were already worn by someone and the soles were very scratched and the inner sole was worn as well

This is my 3rd pair of Leonardo shoes! I was on holiday last March and found out about the Florence store through a travel book about the city. We wandered there after Mass on Sunday. I was greeted by two cherub brunettes. The man at the counter, shop owner—I am blanking on his name—spoke to me about several pairs of the shoes that interested me beyond the boat shoes I purchased. He said "I ship all over the world". By Septmeber I needed boots and instantly thought of Leonado! My buffalo hide burgundy boots came within days of ordering! Meanwhile my boat shoes were daily wears, went with everything, looked amazing, broke in like gloves, and still hold up perfectly today. The sneakers I ordered, as do my boots, get compliments left, right, and center. They are both ridiculously comfortable, and are barely broken in. This is my GO-TO lifestyle shoe company!! I hope it goes on for centuries and I plan in helping that process along!

The advertisement said leather sole, but this is definitely a rubber sole. Good shoe.
But really wanted leather soles.

The craftsmanship on the shoes was excellent. But I bought your shoes at full price in a week later they went on sale and I’m still waiting to hear about a price adjustment.

Beautiful colour and well made shoes. It goes well with different outfits. They are very elegant and comfortable.

It was everything ok, only comment the packing, the box came damaged and lost its shape, shoes were fine anyway that’s the important part. Maybe for a £300 shoes they could put a shoes bag for travels inside the box.

After visiting the store in Rome, I couldn't get my mind of the buttery soft ballerina flats I tried on. Upset I didn't buy them I ordered them online. They came from Rome to Florida USA in 4 days. I LOVE them!!!

* Ordered shoes online
* Support strongly urged me to take a smaller size
* Shoes shipped to Germany → too small
* Returned them, had to pay €25
* Asked about refund, was told new pairs in larger size were already shipped without my consent
* Support (Leonardo) claimed I hadn’t explicitly said “no exchange,” even though I had explained I only needed them for an event a month ago
* Earlier email clearly stated either refund *or* exchange – support should have asked when I didn’t specify
* So I have to pay 50€ for returning the shoes
* Meanwhile, I returned the shoes at my own expense and have been waiting more than one month for Leonardo to refund my money.

I am simply speechless that support, despite the high costs, just sends out shoes without asking – and that I have been chasing my money for weeks. My opinion --> **BEWARE! Total rip-off!**

My leather gloves are lovely, great quality, love the color, all was as expected. Excellent customer service as well.

I ordered according to their size chart , arrived very small boots.Asked for replacement or free return- no answers of my questions, just to FAQ. Had to pay 20 eur for return and its not my fault that their size chart is wrong!

Beautiful shoes and quick delivery. Only disappointment was the size, I followed the conversion chart from my French to Italian size and ended up with shoes that were too small. I should have ordered my French size.

I returned a pair of shoes to Leonardo Shoes on 22/May 2025 it is now 12.July 2025 vis Australia Post.
Australia Post say they are sitting in the Post Office in Italy....The tracking number supports they are in Italy in a Post Office.
They have still not been delivered and processed for my refund of Euro 159.00
Don't buy shoes if you are uncertain of fit because refund is impossible.
I have written to Leonardo, they say they have not received the shoes.
I wrote again a week ago and did not get a reply.
Very disappointing, I will not buy from them again.

I was traveling through Florence and needed a pair of shoes for a wedding, and this was the perfect place. The shoes look and feel fantastic--though I can't speak to how they hold up over time as I just purchased them. I ordered another pair, which Leonardo's shipped free to the U.S. Very nice shop and very helpful staff. Would certainly recommend, whether shopping in Florence or online.
