purchased a NCM Moscow electric bike direct from Leon cycles uk website on the 15th of may 2023 . bike was delivered on the 19th of may 2023. the bikes electric side has not worked since the day of delivery. tried contacting seller since day one (19-5-23) and had no reply at all to rectify the issues with the bike. would not recommend buying from Leon cycles uk at all.

I have purchased 2 Milano Ebike in 2022 and twice the springs on the throttles broke.

I have tried to order the part, they are out of stock, no wonder!

I hope the company will correct this flaw on the next batch of throttles

Terrible have not responded to emails no phone number to contact them and there delivery service TNT do not help. Have waited home now and lost a days wages for them not to deliver. Have emailed leon cycles to discuss thos and no response. Will be contacting my card issuer and instructing them to take this further

Thank God for Trustpilot as now I have read the reviews I won't be buying a bike from them, and maybe they can learn a lesson on running a better business, I'll look elsewhere.

As this company didn't refund me until now and stopped replying me, I'll be leaving a new 1 start comment everyday.

The Leon bike48v Moscow electric (NCM Moscow Electric Mountain Bike,E-Bike, 250W, E-MTB, 48V 13Ah 624Wh Battery) we bought has never worked properly. First the gears kept seizing up, then the power not applying. Had to constantly adjust the sensor. Now the electric power not working at all! Rubbish bike and rubbish service - who clearly don’t care. DO NOT buy a bike from Leon Cycle!

They get 1 star because you can't give them zero!
After over a month and 21 emails i've finally received the correct part!
Leon Cycles are totally incompetent and unless you want a load of hassle and aggravation DO NOT USE THEM.

After finally receiving my replacement screen after neary 3 weeks of ordering they've sent the wrong one!!! Totally incompetent. I've emailed them but they don't respond to any communication so this will be be fun trying to sort out. Please do not use this company you WILL regret doing so.

I sent a copy of the note (below) to Leon Cycles at the same time as posting on Trust Pilot. Another three weeks have elapsed …no reply ...and I would be foolish to think anything else will happen.
So, no apology, no service and no communication. What a way to run a business.
Having said that a good product and now I have a new battery I’m back in gear. I wonder for how long??

Yeah like many other users here I had an awful experience with Leon customer service as explained by other users the battery failed on me twice. I replaced the battery for a second time hoping that it was a once off but unfortunately it failed again the bike itself was very reliable and enjoyable to ride. But as other writers have suggested the support network and response times from Leon cycles UK and Germany and are non responsive and phone numbers that cut you off! Lack of available batterys for sale. Awful warranty and high cost in shipping the old battery, this company has cost me an awful lot of unnecessary stress! I would say avoid avoid avoid ,unless you want to spend hundreds of euros. I could have had two bikes for the hassle.

Do not buy an NCM Moscow Bike, or anything from Leon Cycle. The problem is the batteries. After 18 months one of our batteries died, and you literally cannot get a replacement. The repair costs we've been quoted are £500, we don't know if it's the BMS or the cells. They do not sell batteries on their website, and you can't buy a new batter that fits the bike anywhere in the UK. I even tried importing one from China. Basically, you'll be forced to buy a new bike within 2 years. If Leon Cycles had a brain, they would have bought a bunch of spare batteries and held them in stock, or offered a repair service. As such you have a choice, spend £500+ on repairing the battery or buy a new £1,200 bike. I don't blame Leon for the battery fault, but they have no support or solution for customers.

Incompetent customer service! I bought NCM Moscow less than a year ago. At first, everything went well, until one day the electronics stopped working. I informed Leon Cycle and they acknowledged the problem. However, almost seven weeks after my first contact, incorrect shipments and many e-mails, I am still waiting for the spare parts to be delivered. This is my fourth e-bike, and having experience with other e-bike suppliers, I would not recommend having any relations with Leon Cycles.

After a month my bike finally arrived.
I am pleased with the product, except the throttle is missing.
They need to sort their logistics out as the experience has been a pain.

Great customer service, Dante has been great throughout , fast responses and swift collection. Really pleased so far. Thanks leoncycle!

My first experience with NCM customer service was catastrophic and similar to the other negative reviews here; however, on this second occasion I'm relieved to say they performed better - though from the outset of this enquiry I was clear about my expectations and my actions if they failed again.
I'm not sure if this had any effect, but they certainly were more responsive.....keep on improving NCM!

The Milano is our 3rd NCM bike having had the first two for 3 years and with 1500 miles each, still going strong. Exceptionally well made and really the best value for money. It took 30 minutes from box to test ride, so very well set up for out of the box completion.

The UK service and support from Laura and Dante is very professional, with delivery within two days from final order. I checked this morning to see it was marked dispatched, and it arrived midday to my surprise. Tracking possibly still an issue?However, I couldn't be happier with this company and its products.

Bike initially seemed great , front light stopped working first week, around a month ago had to take stand off as crank was hitting ?, Now the bike only purchased in August is no good due to 8 spokes sudely popping/ snapping in rear wheel. Tried in vain to contact Leon by email and FB but they just totally ignore ... Looks like I need to get leagal assistance to get a refund due to bike not fit for purpose under law

We purchased 2 NCM e- bikes a Milano for me, and a Moscow for Mike, the bikes where delivered in excellent time (about 5 working days) they came of course via Leon Cycles UK distribution. We received a phone call to say the delivery company was outside the house, fortunately I was less than 5 mins away at the local shops, so flew round to meet delivery person.
We unpacked bikes that evening, put them together with relative ease, now my bike had a faulty front light and a little scratch on the parcel carrier (unnoticeable really) but Leon Cycles immediately made arrangements for a new light to be shipped to us, and a £20.00 refund for the scratch, we where more than happy with that, dealt with Laura at Leon who's customer service we both felt was outstanding across the board. Communication was swift, usually by return and kept informed throughout.

Been out on the bikes 3 times since we have had them, and can honestly say we are delighted with the bikes and there performance, would not hesitate to recommend NCM e-bikes and also Leon Cycles UK, who have been very approachable and very helpful.

Wow! Bike -the Milano plus - arrived after just two days of being ordered. Bike was easily set up, with brakes and gears perfectly pre-set. I’ve been on two trips out and it’s a cracking bike. Excellent power when required and so easy to ride even with no power. Should have bought this years ago.
