Spoke with Natalie and Nicky. Both extremely unprofessional and trying to sell a flat where no one could possibly live in. The worst part is the level of communication, speaking with shortened/slang terms and sending emails without properly addressing any concerns. Both myself and another person will never be viewing a flat through them again.

Nicky's commitment to service was unparalleled, consistently providing prompt responses to my emails. There were even instances where I received responses within an astounding 20 seconds of sending my email!

But it wasn't just the speed of Nicky's responses that impressed me; it was the quality. He always had the right answer, was always willing to assist, and had a knack for resolving any issues that cropped up. I highly recommend Leo Newman as top agents. Nicky and team were always very quick to respond at all hours and deal with any queries I had about my purchase. Nicky had a very pleasant and patient manner and ensured everything ran smoothly for both myself (buyer) and the seller as well as the tenants in the property.

Nicky and team were very swift with all communications received from the process from putting down an offer to referencing to signing the agreement.

They worked so quick and made sure to keep us updated at each step. Great communication and very friendly.

Leo Newman's property management is totally poor. Water leak and damp ceiling were reported back in November 2020 and when the water leak problem from the upstairs flat bathroom(also managed by Leo Newman) became very severe during Easter period 2021, they then sent a repairman to do a quick fix in the bathroom upstairs but he didn't do anything to the dampened ceiling. Since the repair, water from the upstairs carry on leaking time to time which also reported but ignored and neglected.
Wednesday 13 October 2021, the ceiling plaster fell off with thumping noise and made the real mess in the room.
We insisted them to send a surveyor to assess the safety of the building. However next day they just sent a builder to clear the mess and told us that the guy insured them it's 'safe'.
It's totally incredible how awful their management of the letting property is. We had all kinds of issues with this property - boiler breakage, having mice and worst of all the ceiling. Their responses were slow and very idle, and very disrespectful for the tenants.
I wouldn't recommend Leo Newman to anyone if you're considering to find a letting agency to manage your property.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. As others have said, Leo Newman fail to secure their bins leading to problems with smells, flies and rats in the neighbourhood. Raw meat deposited in their unsecured bins, is dragged into the streets by foxes and it’s a huge health hazard that Leo Newman are ignoring.

I am another resident unhappy with living next to a Leo Newman property. The 4 large open bins for residents to put their waste in has led to a problem with smells and pests for such a long time now. Those in their flats and those in the houses have to live next to an open dump every day, and despite Leo Newman having been aware if this for a long time, they increased the collections but did not cover the bins. In the hot weather being outside or having windows open has been unbearable. We're very unhappy with their service and lack of professionalism.

As a resident living next to a Leo Newman property, I have to say how disgusted I am with this company. They allow residents of their property to store refuse in uncovered bins, which means that our street stinks and has problems with flies and rats. It is so unsanitary and very unsafe for the children and also adults living next to this open rubbish dump. Residents in the street have made contact with the company to get the bins covered but they will not do anything about the problem and seem happy for residents of this street and their own flats to live next to rotting rubbish. The previous property management company I used in my previous flat covered the bins. Don't know why this company won't do the same.

I have recently dealt with Leo Newman's fantastic team of professionals and I would like to recommended their services to anyone looking for a property to rent or buy.
Initially I have emailed and left an enquiry and they responded to me within 30 minutes on a Friday evening! I have spoken with a true experts and professionals Nicky Rosenthal and Emanuele Giannini.
Nicky kept me updated every step of the process which makes it much more comfortable and less stressful. And Emanuele showed me the property and even travelled half way across London just to deliver and drop off the property keys for me- Thank you so much!
