I wish I could give them zero stars. I have tried calling them for the past two hours, after waiting in like they simply cut off my call instead of answering. Also tried calling on many of their branches but no answer. They marked an expensive item as delivered but we got nothing. Can't even contact them
Worst courier service
If there were an option to give zero stars, I would definitely choose that. The service has been extremely disappointing they promised delivery within 2–3 days, but it’s been over a week and still nothing has been delivered. Even after raising a complaint, there’s been no progress. I’m seriously considering taking legal action against them.

Leopards Courier is hands down the most unprofessional service I have ever dealt with. I booked a parcel from Islamabad to Lahore on 6 Oct with tracking number RW0599937007 and it is now 9 Oct with still no delivery or update. I called their helpline twice, waited on hold for several minutes and both times the call just ended with no help at all. Their staff clearly does not care, there is no communication or accountability, just complete neglect. Looking at other reviews online, this seems to be a common problem and not just my case. Leopards Courier needs to fix their system because right now their service is nothing short of a disgrace.

Pathetic service by leopard courier service.
Sent 4 pieces of supplies to a customer based in chakwal from Karachi on the first of September.
The courier slip clearly mentions 4 pieces.
However on the 5th of September, 2025 only 1 piece was delivered to the customer.
Upon contacting the customer service representative a number of times and the last response we got was "Aap ko service samajh Nahin aaraha to account bandh karden aur courier company change Karlen".
On which I responded but saying "Ma'am aap Ka agar yeh level of dissatisfaction hai with your company then you should quit your job and leave space for a competent individual who is capable enough to solve issues in a timely manner".
We found through the customer in chakwal that the remaining 3 pieces are lying in leopard warehouse Karachi on the 11th of September, 2025.
The customer service representative has no answer yet and we got this information by sending our own riders to their booking office and to their head office.
Unprofessional attitude of their staff not only damages their repute but also creates losses for business taking their so called services!!

My Worst Experience with Leopards Courier
Leopards Courier has proven to be an extremely slow and unreliable service, making it practically unusable. I booked a parcel on the 12th, and even after several days, it has still not been delivered. On top of this delay, their customer support is non-cooperative and provides no proper assistance. To make matters worse, their payment system is poorly managed and frustrating to deal with. Overall, this experience reflects a complete lack of professionalism and accountability from Leopards Courier.
Very Disappointed – Worst Experience Ever!
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with Leopards Courier. My CNIC was issued on 28th August 2025 and was supposed to be delivered within 2–3 days since I paid for urgent delivery. Today is 15th September 2025, and I still haven’t received my CNIC.
For the past two weeks, I have been chasing them nonstop, but no one answers my calls and no one responds on their WhatsApp support either. Their customer service is completely useless, irresponsible, and negligent.
Because of this delay, my bank accounts have been temporarily suspended, and I am facing serious inconvenience. I trusted Leopards Courier with an important document, and they have failed miserably.
This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I will not let this go — I will proceed with a legal complaint in court against Leopards Courier for negligence and for causing me financial and mental distress.
Avoid this company at all costs. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and do not care about customers at all.

I had a very disappointing experience with Leopard Courier while ordering from Nutrifactor.
On two different occasions, the assigned rider behaved rudely and refused to deliver my parcel, citing an issue with my small, non-violent, and friendly dog. I would have been happy to cooperate if he had communicated politely, but instead, his tone was unnecessarily harsh. Both times, the order was marked as “refused by customer,” which was not true.
I then tried contacting Leopard’s helpline through the number I found on Google. Each time I called, I was put on hold for 8+ minutes, only for the line to drop without connecting to an operator. After the 6th or 7th attempt, I finally got through, only to face a representative who was dismissive, said he had “lots of calls” and that “each call has a time limit,” and rushed me instead of actually listening to the issue, hardly needed his 2 minutes
As a customer, I expected professionalism and courtesy. It’s disappointing to see such behavior from both the delivery staff and the helpline. I hope Leopard Courier takes customer feedback seriously and improves both rider training and customer service.

Wasted service they returned my parcel and updated status that customer refused it i never recieved it myother parcel was handled to them and the status is pending its been more than a week i want that pak companies dont use this service cause it gonna give customers a headache

Issue is that leopard courier guy has marked the order as delivered but I have not received it yet nor any agent of Leopards Courier Services (Pvt.) Ltd. contacted me for the delivery.
