I am sorry to hear that you have not received your order yet. After looking at your UPS tracking number, your order is in the UPS warehouse in Belgium and is being sorted out. Due to the increase in parcels all transport companies have been experiencing, there can be some delays in the delivery of some packages. UPS in Belgium is experiencing some delays in the delivery of their parcels. Feel free to email us if you have any questions, we are always there to help. Best customer service in the game!
I placed a large order and one of the bottles had some evap happening. They tested tge fragrence to make sure it was still in tact and then emailed me to offer me 20% off. When i didnt respond to the email in time they called me. You dont find this level of customer service now a days. Great family great fragrences all properly stored. No surprises and i have about ten more bottles on my wish list from leparfumier!

The reason for the bad review is that I ordered twice the Azzaro deodorant stick, two at a time (so a total of four), about three months between orders, and I received them old and dry (basically expired). When they are sitting on the shelf for long time, even if sealed, the alcohol start to evaporate and the stick start to shrink. It also changes color.
Now that the Mall will reopen I'll go by fresh ones. Till then I have to wet them to apply them and of course they are not efficient any more. So, sorry but I will no longer by from you again.

I am sorry to hear that you aren't happy with your purchase. I do wish you would have contacted us prior to leaving us the review. The Azzaro Deodorants you received are 100% new and we received them directly from the distributors which we are authorized dealers to sell. It is definitely possible that the texture is different than what you are used to. Azzaro, up until a year ago was distributed by Clarins. The brand was then bought out by L'Oreal who has taken over the production of the brand. When a company changes hands, companies have to reformulate a product using the ingredients that are available to them in their production plants. They try their best to keep the products as similar as possible but it often happens that there are noticeable differences with their product, especially when it is a product that you have been using for so long and expect a certain scent or texture. Unfortunately, this is the current version of the Azzaro deodorant stick so whether you buy it from us or elsewhere, you will feel the same way about the product. There is that small .01% chance that there was a defect while the product was being produced. Please email us to send us pictures of the deodorant and we can look into this further.
