Do not recommend this company, ordered beginning of January and didn’t receive product until almost 4 months later. When received, half of what I ordered is missing and still hasn’t arrived. No mention on website when ordering that the purchase was preorder. The product they are selling is also available on Temu. Buyer beware.
Ordered for my girlfriend, arrived broken no problem happens all the time. Company sent out a new one for free with stickers and wrapped extra well.

My boyfriend got me a cup which was unfortunately damaged in transit (not the fault of Lepelclub, their packaging is protective). We got in touch & they kindly sent us a new one right away and made sure it was sealed super protective. Their customer service is 10/10 and it was so easy resolving our issue. The cup is so beautiful too🩷🩷🩷
