The person who posted it violated our cooperation rules by contacting a client directly, taking payment outside our platform, and then disappearing. As a result of his actions, the client lost money and did not receive proper follow-up. For this reason, his payout was frozen pending full resolution of the issue and reimbursement to the client.
After that, he was removed from further cooperation.
Claims that we “steal” from boosters are false. We have documentation related to this case and are prepared to provide it to the appropriate review platform if required.
We work with many boosters and take payments and compliance seriously. However, we do not tolerate bypassing, side deals, misconduct involving clients.
