I received order. 1 of items was too small but others were perfect.

Majority of the clothes purchased were lovely. Material a little lighter weight than expected.I'd buy from here again

Took a while to get it but I do like the quality of the clothes for the price. Ran true to size.

The items I received were not true to the photos of items I ordered. The fabric is absolutely rubbish. Not linen or cotton as advertised. A photo of a knitted jumper turns out to be some horrible fabric sewn to look like a jumper. Terrible. Reminds me of why I should not shop online.

my cc has been comprised since my order was placed with Lorelo - i recieved a call from the fraud department that there is suspicious charges of 197.41 that have been charged - this has only become an issue since buying from them. ALso their clothing is poor quality - read the other reviews!!!

This company is a farce!! Save your money. I ordered one dress and received and was charged for two. When ordering it says Canadian dollars, nope checking out its US funds which is another 30 per cent ! I received the dresses don’t like them and immediately contacted them to start the refund process - the response was we can refund you 7.00 dollars, and you keep the dresses. I said no I don’t like your product and I expect a refund , they then offered me 24.00 dollars and I pay to ship them back to Dubai ! I again declined and told them I expect a full refund ! I was charged over 130 dollars for the dresses , I don’t want a refund of 7 dollars or 24 dollars I want my money back in full !! Do not trust them or order from them . The dress x2 is the green leafy one , it’s poor quality and made cheaply ! And their claim of a fast and easy refund policy is non existent

If you read about the company they falsely claim that they have warehouses in the USA , Canada and the UK clearly that’s a lie as they ask you return the product to Dubai !!

Their products are amazing. Have never had so many compliments in one night when I wore one of their shirts that I bought and the sizing is spot on.

So happy I ordered! I received my shipment in about 3 weeks and everything fit true to size! I’ve gotten so many compliments on my tops and can’t wait to wear the dress this summer! I’ll definitely order again. 😁

Very cute dress. An XS might have fit a little better but S isn’t too bad.

Accidently ordered 2 of the same dress when I asked to return it they offered me $6 refund and I pay the shipping to Dubai. After 3 emails demanding a refund, they offered me $20.00 but I pay shipping.

I bought a dress from here and it fits perfectly and I get so many compliments when I wear it out!

The product is wonderful. Shipping seemed to take quite awhile but it was stated in advance that it would take that long. 2.5 weeks.

I should have checked reviews before I ordered but they advertise a 30 day return policy in large text on their web-site. As soon as I felt the weight of the package I knew it was going to be disappointing. The dress looked nothing like the picture or description. The colour was completely different and it was so thin you could see through it. I contacted them immediately to get a return label. Instead I got an offer for a $7 refund on a $53 dress. They said I didn’t have to return the dress but I would never wear it. I refused the offer.
