I'm always nervous about buying clothes online, but the reviews made me try it with this company. And the reviews were right!!! The sizing chart is accurate, and the dress fits me perfectly. Very happy with my purchase! They are also very quick to respond to concerns. I was worried my dress hadn't shown as being shipped and wanted to be sure it would arrive before my trip. They responded within 24 hrs.

The item was nothing like the photos and the fabric was not rayon (per the description) it was a cheap, see-through nylon. The dress is unwearable. I asked to return it for a refund but they would only offer a partial refund and told me to keep the trashy dress. Clearly they're making money out of scamming people Into buying poor quality substitutes of what they show on the website.

The Boho Prairie dress was cute but the colors are not as vibrant as they looked in the pic. The dress also look’s embroidered in the pic which it is not.

the slouchy sweater isn't very slouchy it is more like a cardigan. Love the color.

If I could give this company no stars I would. They are absolutely a scam! Their clothes are like thin polyester sheets, completely unlike the photos they portray. It took almost 6 weeks to get my order and when I want to return all items valued at $150 they won't give me the full amount back. They are emailing back and forth to barter the amount, and telling me I can keep the clothes as it isn't worth it for them to take the return back as the shipping is too much. The shipping address they just gave me is in NY, which is not too far from me. They are just trying to get out of giving me the full amount back. Don't do business with this company!!

I paid for shipping when I purchased my items however it got delivered to my local post office and not my mailbox which I thought was strange. When I went to the post office apparently the shipping was not paid so I paid it again. I wasn't to happy about that but I contacted the company and emailed them a copy of my receipt for postage. They refunded me with no problems. I appreciated I didn't get a hassle and they gave me my money back pretty quickly. Good customer service.
The dress is super cute. The material is thin and not soft but fits good and love the colors.
The tank top fits but I won't put it in the dryer as it may shrink then it would be to small. It's cute but the material is thin and not soft easy. I like but items.

This company is false advertising scamming me and many others. Says full refund if returned within 30 days. Free shipping for return. NOT true. They make you pay for your return shipping, and they will not give you a full refund. They offered me $20 refund on $102.90 purchase. I told them absolutely not. Then they came back there from Singapore, and offered me $33. This company needs to be stopped. They need to be taken off the Instagram. They are advertising under Fosse information. They say they’re out of UK, and they’re out of Singapore, and they literally have scam thousands of people and they will continue until they’re stopped.

I have purchases a few dresses and tops from Lerelo and have always been happy with the quality. The sizes run small so I have to size up to get a good fit. The dresses are also a bit shorter than I would like but I love the material that is used and the styles are so cute. I am 5'5", weigh 124, large busted and need a large.

Trying to return my entire order but cannot get a hold of anyone to return this.
The quality of the items I ordered is not good and so I would like to return my entire order and get my money back.
I do not have any contact information to send to and it is hard to know how to go about doing this. Please help.

Suggestion is better communication when items are on back order. I had purchased more items and was waiting over two weeks. I contacted them and did get a reply that they hadn’t shipped my order due to back ordered items. I then asked to split the order so I could at least have the few items for a trip. They won’t do that and said they could ship what they have and cancel the other items. Most retailers will split the order in order to keep the sale. I think that could be better and notifying customers on why an order is delayed

Ordered 2 dresses. Didn’t like them and wanted to return them. I checked before ordering and it said 30 days free return. Tried to return dresses and they offered me $16. I spent close to $80. We went back and forth bartering about the return. I finally got $50 back and they don’t even want the dresses back. The quality isn’t great and now I have two dresses I don’t like.

Dresses are true size S - fit well. The order took 5 weeks to arrive so be mindful of the wait time.

Shoddy material that doesn’t look anything like the ad. And even though they said that they do free returns, they are simply lying. First they offered me $12 back, and I could keep the junk, then they offered me $28 back and again I could keep the junk, why would I keep dresses that don’t fit even though I measured and that look like total junk and nothing like the ad?
then they gave me one other partial offer, but they refused to take back my items even though I got in touch with them the day after they arrived. Be very careful shopping from this company. I will bet that most of the reviews on their site are phony.
Don’t worry I’m working on getting my full $85 back.

Here to echo the same thoughts as many. I bought two dresses. Quality is awful, whoever said it was like a child’s Halloween costume- yes! It reminds me of the material used for superhero or power ranger costumes. Asked for a return, haven’t heard back yet but I am not holding my breath based on the other reviews here. Will be telling friends and family not use this website and reporting to the FTC. Very clearly the photos used to sell items do not match the items actually sent.
