Do not buy from these guys this is a scam. I bought what looked like a really nice cotton open weave dress and when it arrived it was like a printed shower curtain. It cost me $59 they offered me $10 to keep it. I managed to negotiate up to a $39 refund but they have still made $20 out of me and I am stuck with one of the ugliest dresses I have ever seen.

My 2 dresses are lovely. Felt there could have been better communication/tracking after purchase as the parcel just arrived at my front door without any notification.

I am always hesitant when ordering from companies I have never heard of & absolutely should have listened to my gut! I figured they were located in the US. Well I ordered 3 sweaters for Christmas gifts 5 yes, 5 weeks ago & still have no tracking info. Apparently a shipping label was created approximately 4 weeks ago but still not shipped. I emailed the company 3 times & received automated response. I truly hope the sweaters arrive or have I been scammed? How will this get resolved?

I don't remember chosing the first shirt in my order. I never liked it, but when I go back to check the order it says I had ordered it. Your website is not very easy to manage either. then it says that you can only return the item if there is something wrong with it. I'm a little annoyed about the whole thing and am reluctant to purchase any more items.

Dress arrived within a couple of weeks but it was near Christmas time so delays are expected. The dress was exactly as advertised , nice fabric and well made.

I ordered 3 dresses all of which were exactly as seen on line. Great colour, material and length. Unfortunately the size I ordered was just a little tight. Never fear - for a small postage fee the next size was delivered to my door within days.

Very nice dress, exactly as described. Fits great. The only criticism is that it takes too long to receive it. Maybe company needs to improve its delivery service. I have purchased twice now and same criticism about delivery.

DON'T purchase anything from this company. Fabric is really cheap thin fabric, poorly made. I contacted company several times before finally getting an answer have asked several times for address to send product back for 30 day return policy as they advertise they just ignore the address request . They even offered me USD$12 compensation and I can keep the goods. I don't want the goods as explained and I am still waiting for the address. I now am disputing the amount with the CC company.

The fabric is not what I expected - it is not rayon - but a synthetic material which is uncomfortable to wear in summer. I have found them to be too small and have asked to return for a credit but have been ignored.

DON’T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I bought 3 items, 2 were made incorrectly, one sleeve on the top was larger than the other and the pink/multi colored dress that they show as their lead item in advertising was made so that the bodice was so short it didn’t fit at my waist it was just under my breast so it looks like you are a human piñata and I’m 5ft 6in and weigh 130 pounds.😳The 3rd item was too small and I wanted to exchange it. I had to pay $15 for the exchanged size and they refused to give me a refund for the entire amount of the other 2 items stating that they needed to be ‘defective’ for a full refund!! THEY WERE DEFECTIVE!!! They refunded $28.00 of my $116.00 purchase. Also they advertise ‘made in America’, that’s a total lie. They stated that it was too expensive to ship the items for return to ASIA!! What a total scam!!!😡😡

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Parcel never arrived and they said I gave the incorrect address when I ordered. I proved to them the address was actually correct and it showed my address on their order form. They still blamed me and were not willing to take any of the blame or investigate further with the Courier involved. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. ACTUALLY WONDERING IF THIS IS A SCAMMER THAT PLAYS PURCHASERS AND MAKES MONEY OFF THE POSTAGE. THEY REFUSED OT REFUND THE WHOLE AMOUNT EVEN WHEN I PROVED THEY WERE IN FACT IN THE WRONG.

Ordering was easy, delivery was quick, AND I love my leopard shirt. Fits perfect. The dress also fits well and the colors are awesome. I can't wait for summer so I can wear it!

Ordered online and was hopefull the items would arrive quickly. It was within a week so, very happy.
I don't generally order online because things arrive and they don't look as good as the picture you ordered from. The items I bought were very good, looked great and fitted well.

Very happy my clothing arrived safely and in a timely manner sizes were right and fitted well and were exactly as shown. I would and will shop again

An absolute rort!! Do NOT invest ONE CENT in this company!!! The dress I ordered is NOTHING like shown on the website. It is so appalling, I did not even take it out of the packet. The fabric looks and feels like plastic. There is no confirmation email or email address to allow for communication. Any review higher than one star must be fraudulent. The 'sender' on the parcel has no name - only a PO Box in Alexandria. I am going to report this company to the Department of Fair Trade. They are stealing money and trying to legalise the process.

Prompt delivery. Dress exactly the same as in the photographs.

Communication was great, I was kept updated throughout the purchase to delivery. Product was true as shown on website. Sizing perfect & quality very good. Definitely buy again from this company.

The fabric is hideous, some kind of awful cheap rayon. Nothing like the photo that shows a gauzy cotton. They offered me $15, what I paid for shipping alone. The heading on their website advertises returns up until 30 days. Then upon reading the return policy fine print is says returns are allowed if there is an issue. THIS IS AN ISSUE! I will pursue this. They’re a scam. The Better Business Bureau and social media are good resources.

I bought some beautiful tops & all fit perfectly & feel great on. Easy wash & care too.
I’d highly recommend Lerelo & will definitely shop here again ! :)

This dress does not sparkle like it does in the photo but it is still quite stunning. very feminine and true to size. I am 5ft3, normally wear 12-14 and purchased a large. Fits snug but thats what I wanted.
