Company not available to clarify issues with advanced payment for order
Orders with the company need to be payed in advance according to the bank details, that are supplied by the company with the order confirmation. I placed an order some month ago and my payment, that I made right at the order day, has been received, confirmed and order processing has been like expected. When placing a recent order, I received the same bank details for payments, payed again the invoice amount at the same day to the same bank account like before. This time, my payment hasn't been confirmed. I never received any replies to my enquiries to clarify about my payment. As I my payment never got credited back to my bank account, I assume the company received my payment. Almost three weeks after my payment, the order has been canceled by the company without reason and, again, I never received a reply for my E-Mail, in which I asked about clarification; I even sent a screenshot of my payment. So far, I never received any replies or feedback, nor has the money been reversed to be. The relevant order has been rather small, but for a company doing professional business and stressing to meet even customized demands, my experience with the company is nothing but negative. I would have wished to receive at least any reaction to my enquiries to clarify the issue.
