I returned the product at my own…
I returned the product at my own expense. The tracking indicated that the package has been accepted. The service representative informed me that the shipment allegedly did not arrive. Every effort and every proof that the shipment arrived was in vain. 140€ damage for me. Worst company ever. I do not recommend it to anyone to order from the site.

I'd recommend to really check the item that you order, so you can avoid having to return the product.

The wheels only show some dust, due to contact with the cardboard packaging, but this does not affect either the functionality or the integrity of the product.
If you wish, you can still return the item by following the return policies stated on our website, but it will not be classified as a damaged item.
