Great value for money! I have difficult feet and their fitness shoes are so cheap and perfect for walking for my feet.
And the service on the phone is excellent. I bought shoes in a size too small. The delivery of the greater size got missing. I explained that I wanted to try both sizes next to each other but was worried that my return term of the smaller shoes was going to expire while I was waiting for the missing delivery. They understood completely and extended the return term with 2 weeks.
Also whenever I call them they are very friendly and I never have to wait on the phone. This is really an example for other companies.
I really do not understand the bad reviews because I ordered 5 times with lesara and the delivery was faster than expected (apart from the missing delivery but that was DHL mistake which was corrected after 2 days), the price is great, all my returns handled quickly and got my money back right away and the service on the phone perfect!

Honestly i am really dissappointed. You give this company your money and they give you a load of spam in your email box back for it. I ordered some clothes online which I desperately needed for my vacation. One of those items had a delivery time of 15 working days (three weeks). You would say they should have enough time to send the item. After not hearing anything from them, until 3 days before the delivery deadline, and the items are still in processing state. I decided to give them a call. The only thing i got back from them is they have an issue and they don't know what. I do think this is a really big issue. Why do I have to call them before I get to know this. This is my product and I think I should be made aware if something has gone wrong. I'm not sure what to do now. I could cancel it now in order to get my money back and order my clothes somewhere else (although the reviews say some people dont't even get their money back. But if they can promise me they can deliver before the 27th of July I really want to give it a go. However, i want this as a promise. They have my money, and until today me, the customer, hasn't seen anything back for it except for every day spam in my mail. PLEASE HELP REGAIN TRUST LESARA.
