Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to hear about the problems with your order's delivery. I see that you did indeed enter a hotel address as your home address. For security reasons, this is not allowed, unless you are the hotel owner. The hotel must formally authorize this and acknowledge the recipient as a guest. I recommend that you inform the hotel that an order will be delivered under your name. They may choose to refuse the package upon delivery, after which it will be returned to our warehouse. You can arrange with the hotel to accept the package and ship it to your home address on your behalf. Unfortunately, we cannot assist you further with this specific problem, as it falls outside our area of responsibility. If your package is returned to us, you will, of course, receive a refund.

I never got my order.
I never got my order.
I placed the order on December 18, 2023.
My bank account was debited of the full amount of my order the same day.
Today, January 4th (evening), I have not received anything.
When I log into my customer account online (in Les Graines de France, as I live in France, I used that website, but it is run by Koeman) there is no indication or mention about the shipping of my order. There is no phone number for the customer service, so I used the webform on Dec 29th to let them know that I received nothing and said that if they have not shipped the seeds yet, I would like to cancel my order and be refunded.
I got no reply at all, not even a week later...
These people are crooks. I will never place any order With Koeman or any subsidiary of this company.

The seeds have not arrived
The seeds have not arrived, which is a shame as they were to be a gift.
No tracking information was provided so I can't follow up with the postal service.
I simply am very disappointed.
It's very easy to add tracking links to the ordering process and is reassuring to customers.
But they did thank me for my business... I think I wasted my money.
