Smooth travel from start to finish
Smooth travel from start to finish. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Excellent clean facilities at Folkestone. Passport control quick at both Folkestone and Calais.

Le Shuttle is the fastest and most convenient way for us to travel between the UK and France with our camper. The check-in process is usually smooth, the journey through the Channel Tunnel takes only about 35 minutes, and staff are generally helpful. It’s often quicker and less stressful than taking a ferry, Prices can be high during peak times, but the overall experience is efficient and reliable.
Would be nice if there was discounts for regular travellers.

Efficient service once on board
Efficient service once on board - however having paid a lot for flexiplus all that really gave us was flexible times to board ,coming back from France the lounge looked closed ... however not a big deal as we were rushing to get the next available train .. which we frustratingly missed by a few minutes . I would have thought given the price of the tickets it should have given us a fast track through border contols , we would have made both of our earlier trains either side if we hadn't been in the same lane as everyone regardless of what ticket people had .

Great experience. Extremely easy to use and ideal that all passport etc checks had been done on arrival at point of departure so just drive off train and holiday started. Cheers.

Always a delay on the Calais side
Always a delay on the Calais side, literally 8 out of 10 times I've travelled recently. A nightmare to travel. They had no issues putting their prices up and taking away benefits for their customers but their service is absolutely horrendous.
