This is the easiest and less stressful way to access Europe.
The booking system is easy to use and when arriving at Le Shuttle, the whole process of boarding is simple.

A month ago I had Cal/Dov booked for the evening to return back to UK. Traffic was horrendous and I knew I will not make my train. Tried to log in to my ET account but unfortunately I kept getting error messages. When arrived at the terminal I was told that my booking expired, tried to explain that this is their website that did not work, but they did not want to listen and told me to get new ticket. Tried to book online (£143 ticket) but again, there was error and I could not complete purchase, so I paid €235 in the kiosk and I was told to contact customer service for refund. I contacted them a month ago, sent them all screenshots with errors on their website etc.. there was no reply from ET. It is not a premium service that it used to be, they don’t care about people.if you can’t afford flexi plus, go ferry instead!

Getting extremely sick of the service on le shuttle, 20 minute delay yet again on this service, no announcements, toilets are discussing, my wife opened the door and walked away, boat is more relaxing and from my past 5 experiences a lot more reliable, and less than half the money, boat from now on for me .

Easy to sort from start to finish. Quick and straight forward website, great value, several options on how you want to travel. Friendly staff, quick, journey times, easy access/exit from terminals. Will definitely use again

Simply, it is easy, check in, wait for call on the big screens, drive to boarding lanes and drive onto the train. Half an hour or so drive off again.
Pity it is more expensive than the ferries but wilh so many departures it is convenient.
Booking is relatively easy for an 80 year old. Check in screens are easy and staff are always friendly.

Very easy to book, clear concise information at the entrances. No hassle.

Outgoing trip was fine.
Return trip delayed .
Loaded in wagon 18 of train you canidentify, the live safety voice announcement was so quiet unable tohear and therefore useless. Followed by a second announcement broken up by static and inaudible.
A janitor arrived during the return trip to service toilets, he opened the cabinet to replace a toilet roll, and appeared to use a preused cloth to wipe down the surfaces, then placed this cloth into his bag and moved to the next wagon. These toilets have aged more than the wagons, this wagon had more patches than the local roads.

The staff running you onto the trains were excellent.
They were under a great deal of pressure as only one tunnel being used and were helpful , still smiling and humorous .

Reply from LeShuttle
Great way of crossing the tunnel no weather worries and lots of chances to alter your plans with the frequency of crossings

Easy to book, amend booking and travel. On time both ways, no problems. Best way to get to Continental Europe with your car.

Reply from LeShuttle
Efficient arrival at Le Shuttle, smooth transition through UK and French passport control.
Slick entry and directions onto train and exit on arrival in France.
The same efficiency on the return journey.

Poor website. Items advertised may not be available on your date of travel

Reply from LeShuttle
Easy online booking. Arrive in plenty of time and collect the boarding card with your specific departure code, park, use the facilities, when your number is up, follow the signs to embark. No hassle - so simple - no stress. 35ish minutes later you’re on the other side of the channel, disembark and off you go. Just remember to drive on the wrong side of the road!
