⛔SCAMMERS ⛔These people don't even deserve one star... Con merchants Do Not Buy from them !
I ordered a mobility scooter battery charger from them which stated it was for my specific make and model of scooter. It stated that it had automatic safety cut off when battery reaches full charge. I thought I would spend extra money to get what I thought was a decent charger.... It came and it was nothing like described ! It was a cheap and nasty non descriptive charger which are advertised on eBay for around £10
I have contacted them numerous times and "Marina" replies admitting that it was a substitute charger and that I should "give it a try" . I asked for a refund but all they wanted to give me was a partial refund of £10 ! They are ignoring further correspondence and I still have not got any form of refund !! SCAMMERS❗

Ordered a charger for my mums mobility scooter, they emailed me and very quick delivery. When charger arrived it was not what I ordered but a cheap £20 charger and I had paid £50. Would not recommend. Waste of money especially as it was for an elderly person makes it worse.

I purchased a replacement power supply for a benq monitor. I had emailed less4gadget prior, sending images of the power supply I needed replacing to ensure the specification was matched. I placed an order, and received a DELL laptop charger, which had a different spec to what I had asked for, and I received an invoice which was from an ebay store, not from less4gadget. The ebay store had this item listed as £13.99 with free delivery, I had been charged by Less4gadget £43.98. I had questioned this when I had received it with the seller, they lied multiple times making excuses and saying the charger cost them more than the £13.99 quoted (I could order it from ebay at this price with next day delivery). I opened a dispute with Paypal to receive a full refund, which I was reluctantly given by the seller after arguing back and forth. For your own sanity, please avoid this website and seller. They use the website as a front and purposely give vague information for their products, then send cheap alternatives from their ebay store. Was kicking myself for not checking trustpilot prior to placing an order as I can see this has happened to multiple people. I dealt with someone called Marina He, paypal name is Shi Jinshan.

I'm pretty sure this is a Scam site . Scamming in that what they advertise is not what you receive . I bought a charger for a specific Mobility scooter , which cost nearly £35.00. They sent a totally different one , the type I've previously returned to Amazon which cost about £10.00. And which didn't work .
'Marina' did sent out an Email telling me the item was on its way , but omitted to tell me it wasn't the one I'd ordered, and was a cheap and nasty substitute.

And when I sent out Emails about this -
" Mysteriously" didn't reply. By the way there's no Telephone contact number.

I've since found out from Paypal that the ' Marina ' who replied is really called Shi Jinshan

I'm currently progressing my complaint through Paypal . I guess I'll get my money back from them, as I have done in previous cases .

Thing is had 'Marina' simply acknowledged my Emails and complaint ,and done something about it I wouldn't have been forced to give them a bad name via Paypal and Trust Pilot . Quite silly really

I paid for a quality replacement charger for my mobility scooter £50.99 plus postage. I received a poor quality item from a different company (Maxi Batteries Direct) in which there was an invoice inside for £27.98. This is an obvious scam. I am currently trying to get a refund but no one seems to want to return my emails att he moment. Another online scammer.

I have had no problems with this company, and was given an email at the start and end of transaction and the item has arrived safe.

I am very pleased with the service and the item was well packed.

100% satisfied. Delivered in two days. Haven't received a confirmation email but all is on your Less4gadget account:) . When I wrote an email to customer service I got an answer in a few hours. It is not a scam thanks.

I ordered a replacement power cable for my TV . I was alarmed that my money instantly left my PayPal account and there was no order confirmation but I emailed the company and received a reply saying the tracking mail would be sent soon . The item arrived within the timescales advertised and was exactly what we needed.

Listed a wheelchair charger for my exact model of chair at £50.99 which at more than double a generic charger I checked with my repair guy and as have had issues with the charging he said to get the exact charger.
Got sent a generic charger from a third party with an invoice in the box for £27. As it wasn’t the right one I rang the company on the invoice and they said a random person from Hong Kong set up less4gadget site and just buys cheap chargers from them and other places and then puts the address you give so just gaining £30 at least each time fraudently claiming they are supplying specific chargers direct and have a warehouse which they don’t

I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering with this company. AVOID.

I ordered a wheelchair charger from them and did not receive it. I asked for a refund and eventually was given one minus the cost of postage. I was told by Marina (who seems to run the whole shoddy business) that she wouldn’t refund me and then raise a claim with Royal Mail as it would take too long.

Have raised complaint with PayPal.

Ordered a charger but never recieved any update on my order 10 days later. When I emailed to say I wanted a refund they had no recollection of what I ordered! I got a email to say I've been refunded through my PayPal but will see if I actually receive it. Avoid!

I ordered a power cable from this shop and i paid for it by card. I had to pay via paypal but i’ve never use it before anyway my payment was successful and the took the money from my bank account. I didn’t receive the cable. When i asked the shop by the provided email, i spoke with Marina. She said that it’s impossible to find my order with my email and names and asked me for transaction number from my paypal but i don't have it. I never thought that someone will deceive me like this.

Ordered a replacement charger for a mobility scooter.Following the companies instructions I made sure to order for the correct model..turned out the listing detail was incorrect (not my fault) so the charger was useless.Instructed by Marina via email to return the item within 2days and provide tracking number.So I posted the next day by Royal Mail tracked service at a additional cost of £7.20.When I asked if the additional postage cost would be reimbursed Marina suggested that I should have used a lower cost postage service and they would not reimburse me, even though she clearly stated by email they were at fault for listing the supplier details without checking..I would not recommend using this company

Ordered an adapter for a miniPC, and chose the one listed for my particular device. Sadly, it did not work. After contacting them via email and several messages back and forth with Marina, an adapter that worked was sent out quickly, and at no further cost.
