What made my experience great was the prompt response to my phone call and professional manner on the phone, plus the time keeping was also prompt the service from the office to the engineer who was professional polite, I would recommend the engineer to anyone.

Great from start to finish , Lewis came out to explain options , no hard sell . I contacted as felt assured of his knowledge and other reviews.
All communications were great as well as the installation and set up , very neat , tidy and professional service.
Even emailed a question post installation one evening and Lewis was on the phone immediately to answer my question.

From the first phone call to the installation this company are first class, every detail is explained and all questions answered truthfully. The whole team are very professional from top to bottom. The install team done a very neat and tidy job and I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again in the future.

Lewis and his team were amazing from start to finish the quote for the solar panels was straightforward. Once we agreed to accept the quote Lewis dealt with everything from the grid application, scaffolding and of course the solar panels. We were fully aware of all stages we had calls from Daisy and email's on the progress. Even getting notified when the guys were on their way. The work was clean and tidy throughout. I recently had LET Electrical install 39 solar panels along with two 10kW batteries at my property, and I couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish.
From the initial consultation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent about the process. They clearly explained the system design, the benefits, and answered all my questions without any pressure.
The installation itself was carried out to a very high standard. The engineers were punctual, tidy, and respectful of my property. Everything was completed on time and exactly as promised. The workmanship and attention to detail were excellent, and they made sure the system was set up perfectly before handing it over.
Since the installation, the system has been performing brilliantly. The combination of solar panels and batteries has already made a noticeable difference in reducing my energy costs, and I feel confident knowing I have a reliable, future-proof setup.

I would trust LET solar for your solar projects. There was a clear difference between their approach during quotes and those from other companies. Lewis was the only installer to go into the loft to check that, and the only one to use a drone to accurately map the roof. His enthusiasm and commitment to the project stood out so i was happy to accept the quote received. Installation all went according to plan, the 2 chaps were very efficient, Marley was very good at explaining the battery and how the system works. Whilst the scaffold was up i did take the opportunity to clean up some of the panels as there were a few marks around including the edge of some - it had been raining a bit so cant be helped.
The paperwork provided afterwards was very helpful.

From Sales to post installation, LET Electrical provided very clear communication, talked me through options and were accommodating on my choice of panels and battery storage.
The Installation was scheduled and provided flexibility on choice of date. Upon arrival the installation team were courteous, helpful and efficient in their working practices and were happy to answer any questions. A change of configuration to meet my EV needs was conducted promptly the following day and I am now enjoying the benefits of the installation.
LET Electrical were not the cheapest provider but their approach, locality and commitment to continue to offer support are in my opinion worth the additional cost. I would recommend them for anyone considering solar energy systems.

During Lewis' visit to us he looked at our energy usage and carried out a roof survey. He then recommended 11 roof panels (7 on our dormer bungalow and 4 on the garage) and 15kW of battery storage. At no point did he pressure us but based on his detailed explanation of the options we decided to go ahead.
Daisy in the office handled all the authorisations needed.
On installation day, Marley, Kieran and Mark turned up and started to fit the panels. At this point they realised we could fit a further panel on the bungalow roof, which we went ahead with.
The three of them worked like trojans and refused to give up despite encountering difficulties routing the cables through our eaves, saying they did not want the installation looking messy.
It's only been a few days but out of the 43kWh we have used only 0.5kWh has been from the grid.

Lewis and his team were excellent! From the first meeting it was clear they were very knowledgeable and experienced. The installation went really smoothly and we were impressed the lads stayed until 6pm on Friday evening to ensure the job was finished and everything was tidied away. We have found using the solar app very straightforward and since the installation just over month ago have had several emails to make sure we are happy and offers of help if required. LET were recommended to us by a work colleague for a solar PV and battery install. They were one of 5 companies who we contacted for quotes and 1 of only 2 who sent someone to our property. Lewis from LET listened to what we wanted and advised as to what we needed which turned out to be quite similar, then he did the site survey including putting a drone up to view the roof. The install went very smoothly and professionally. The install team were polite and cleaned up after themselves. The whole install took a day and a half which was good going considering we opted to have them replace our aged consumer unit at the same time. Commissioning of the system was easy with a brief on how to download and set up the Fox system phone app. Everything about the install is clean and well planned. I have no problem in recommending LET for electrical and solar PV work.

A particular highlight for me is the fact that Marley is working as an apprentice and from the time I was around on the day is clearly learning a lot and has a great attitude.

I've had a really good experience with LET Electrical.

From the beginning Lewis was friendly, communicative and explained the pros and cons of the various options. The prices were better than many of the competitors but I still got an excellent service.

I was sent a thorough summary with clear timescales, and kept up to date with the various applications they made on my behalf.

The installation was done in a day, with a friendly team of three who discussed options with me on the day, explained the app and were respectful of our house and garden. They cleaned up afterwards and left me with the right documents.

The whole process has been seamless, and I haven't had to do much at all, it was all taken care of. Great company.

Have used LET Electrical in the past and am always impressed with how efficient this company are. I only needed a very small job this time, a PIR light installed near the front door and a bulb fitting into the cooker extractor hood. Kieran was extremely personable and polite,with the same attention to detail he would have given to a larger job. He took away all the rubbish and left everything clean and tidy. Very satisfied.

Just had solar panels and battery installed by LET, from meeting Lewis initially, his knowledge and customer care is outstanding. This was a major step for us, we’re not youngsters and were worried about all the documentation, but Lewis did the lot, supporting us very well prior, during and after installation. I’ve got to be honest, they’re simply the best, don’t go anywhere else.

This company is brilliant. I had solar panels and a storage battery fitted. The whole team are excellent to work with. The service was very quick and went so smoothly. Their customer service is outstanding. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

Lewis managed to make an appointment that fitted our schedule. He came with a great attitude and wasn't pushy at all in selling, we talked through my cable routing concerns and came up with some workable solutions. My wife and l, both thought this is the company we want to fit our PV, Batteries and car charger.
