Im having a allergic reaction to one of their pads and they wont accept a return, the pad didnt even get used more than 10 minutes
First pad i ever had this happen too
I basically just burned 70 bucks
Awful customer service. You can't cancel an order right away. You have to make a ticket and then get a response when your order is already in transit. Awful company.
The seller was highly communicative and proficient in resolving issues related to undelivered orders. Overall, their demeanor was pleasant.
I even purchased additional Mouse Feet and Mousepads from them.
Purchased four mouse pads (AC+, AC Zero, Rawpad V2, Walhaut). I received all items in about 5 days, shipping was reasonably priced, and all items were packaged well. Be careful when opening the boxes using a box cutter. Some pads arrive in simple plastic sleeves, no hard protective tube.
Walhaut came with a couple minor cuts (was in tube, so definitely wasn't my box cutter). I contacted their support with pics and Austin immediately shipped out a replacement pad, no questions asked! Very pleased. Would confidently buy from again.
Lethal Gaming Gear fraudulently prints their shipping labels so it appears as though they ship within the time window but then they don't drop them off for several days. You can clearly see on the tracking the difference between the dates and when I inquired, they attempted to blame the carrier, adding that other customers had the same concern but didn't care as much. What's the point in offering estimated transit times then? I chose the level of shipping for when I needed it but they chose to hang onto the package for many business days. Since the package was so late, it still hasn't even arrived and is now past the date I needed it. I offered to return to sender but they claimed I was still responsible for shipping "because it wasn't their fault".
What should have been an easy order and/or a problem solved with a little customer service has now taken many more days in shipping and annoyance just by the company not even taking responsibility. My advice is to order your gear from ANYONE else, save yourself the headache from trying to buy at Lethal Gaming Gear.
Have one of the largest sections of enthusiast level mice and mousepads. If you want to find a mod for your mouse and buy it from a reliable source, this is the place. I've ordered 2 mice, 3 sets of skates and 2 mousepads from them and they have all arrived in a timely manner.
Never received my order. Eventually got a refund
This place is awesome! Have gotten many orders from here and always have been more than satisfied. Also shipping is very quick.
